Bon Hotel économique proche du Zénith
Pros:

Chambre propre et partiellement rénovée avec de bons lits , gentillesse du personnel à l'accueil, grand parking gratuit fermé le soir, réception 24h, petit déjeuner très correct, excellent rapport qualité-prix

Cons:

Vu la canicule il faisait très chaud dans la chambre (absence de climatisation) : mais l'hôtel a mis à disposition un grand ventilateur.

И я бы запретила курение в номерах, при закрытом окне в номере очень воняло. Когда курили в соседнем номере.

Было чисто. Номер хоть и маленький, но чистый.

Cons:

После резерва, мы написали смс в час ночи, что нашему ребёнку 1,8 лет и чтобы они подготовили кроватку. Когда мы приехали. Вообще никто не в курсе был о нашем резерве. Нам дали прокуренный номер на 1-м этаже. Я попросила поменять номер. Т. К. У нас малыш. Нам дали на самом верху. Куда нужно было подниматься с сонным тяжелым ребенком на руках. И с сумками. Дали детскую кроватку без матраса и без подушки и одеяла. За то на кроватях лежали теплые одеяла. В итоге к утру ребёнок замерз и пришлось его забрать к себе. Мой муж ехал за рулем почти 1100 км и хотелось отдохнуть. Почему персонал не может продумать такие моменты? Дали такой маленький номер, что кроватка стояла между ванной и нашей кроватью и пройти было невозможно. Но в час ночи, проехав 15 часов, уже выяснять что-то не очень хотелось. Работа над персонал и обслуживанием желает быть лучше.
