A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff but sadly not very sound proof.
Pros:

Beautiful decor. Perfect location. Good food. Excellent friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Very noisy both from rooms above and from people outside. Better sound proofing and better windows would be needed. Such a shame to have this problem resulting in many hours of sleep lost in what is otherwise the perfect hotel.

Établissement très bien placé. Très joli cadre d’époque , beaucoup de charme . Menus excellents au restaurant de l’hôtel . Bonne literie, petit déjeuner correct .

Great stay!
Pros:

Location was amazing. The master suite was spacious and had a king bed.

Cons:

My parent had a deluxe room with 2 beds. They were tiny twin beds. Traveling through Europe 2 twins always were 2 full size beds and when pushed together was a king. Not this hotel. They are the smallest single beds.

Lovely building, positive staff. Excellent.
Pros:

Wonderful old building reflecting the beauty of a 140 year old masterpiece. Best location in Lourdes with short walk to Grotto and surrounds. Lovely furniture and dining room.

Cons:

I love the location how it so close to church made it easy to go around. Many shops and restaurants around.
