Pros:

El lugar es adecuado para una estancia breve en Lourdes. Está relativamente cerca del santuario pero no para alguien que no guste o no pueda caminar por más de 15 min.

Cons:

La cerradura de la habitación no servía, así que no podía cerrar el cuarto al salir o al llegar. Lo reporté pero no sirvió de nada.

Mon séjour fut bien mise à part un bémol de la chambre qui n'était pas prête.
Pros:

L'emplacement était parfait. 7mn de marche pour rallier la grotte.

Cons:

La chambre qui m'a été attribuée n'était pas faite. J'ai dû remonter l'information pour qu'elle soit faite.

Pros:

Ça fait 2 fois que l'on va dans cet hôtel, rien à dire .
A côté du centre ville , parking impeccable

Cons:

Des voisins trop bruyants , mais malheureusement on ne peut rien faire .
Refaire les murs plus insonorisés 🤣.

L accueil du personnel et leur bonne humeur dans toutes les circonstances ,toujours disponible pour vous rendre service....

Cons:

Médiocre petit déjeuner et absence d un cuisinier pour le repas du soir pourtant réserver le 8 mai.....
La réceptionniste s est débrouillée et avons dîner très gras escalope panée et frites .....avant cela un feuilleté jambon mais pas bien frais.....
En dessert des fruits pareil pas bien frais .....
