It is a gem.
Pros:

The location is right in the heart of the city. The room has many designed features. It is styled in a modern way. High ceiling and very comfortable bed. We had a room with several windows and all of them can be opened for some fresh air. It was very helpful after a whole night of aircon and we can have some fresh air into the room. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. I forgot to book the parking but they managed to find one in the end. And the receptionist walked with us to show how to get in the garage and out.

Ottimo hotel, camere super confortevoli, posizione perfetta.
Pros:

Hotel centralissimo e super-organizzato. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Parcheggio comodo e decisamente poco costoso rispetto agli standard europei. Stanza ampia, attrezzata e silenziosa. Un'esperienza ottima. Consigliatissimo

Cons:

Unico neo: il costo della prima colazione. Tuttavia, caffe e bevande "free" in camera, unita alla presenza di ben 3 pasticcerie/boulangerie sotto l'hotel, hanno risolto il problema! :-D

La déco, l’odeur très agréable, le spa, le patio, le restaurant, le petit déjeuner, la possibilité de garer son véhicule dans un garage sécurisé.

Cons:

Chambre standard trop exiguë pour 2 (notamment la 25). Garage pas très pratique.

A beautiful boutique hotel with kind and welcoming staff.
Pros:

A really beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Aix-les-bains village. The hotel and the rooms were really nicely decorated. The staff were really available, professionnal and kind.
The cocktail and tapas bar was lovely and the staff were so kind.

Cons:

I think the breakfast buffet could have been a bit bigger and better for the price (23€/person).
Considering we are in Summer, the fruit salad and fruit platter could have been a bit fresher with more choice.
Also, we arrived at about 9:30am and we couldn’t find plates or tea pots to put hot water in.
