Une belle adresse à Aix les Bains
Pros:

Un personnel très accueillant et à l’écoute de sa clientèle.
Hôtel très qualitatif, avec une zone SPA très agréable.
Chambre propre, rénovée récemment et très confortable.

Pros:

Excellent hôtel :
- chambre au top et entretien de qualité.
- Service super disponible et aux petits soins
- cadre sympa, mention spéciale pour la cour et la véranda au cœur de l'hôtel.
- Le petit déjeuner est presque parfait (il manque juste de légumes 😉) : je le recommande !
- le spa est un vrai plus.
- l'emplacement est dans le centre-ville, proche des petits commerces et des rues piétonnes pleines de bars et restaurants.
- le parking en juillet était trouvable facilement à quelques minutes à pieds.

Cons:

Quelques légumes au petit déjeuner seraient les bienvenus.

Magnifique !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le petit-déjeuner est assez complet et vraiment délicieux, et le personnel est adorable, toujours aux petits soins. La véranda est magnifique, la chambre était très propre et confortable. Le spa est également très agréable, parfait pour se détendre après une journée de découverte. Et pour finir, l’emplacement est idéal, en plein centre, ce qui permet de tout faire facilement à pied. Une très belle expérience, chaleureuse et reposante. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! 😊

Wunderbares Hotel in Aix-Les-Bains
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum von Aix-Les-Bains, wunderschönes Zimmer mit großer Terrasse, ruhig, tolles Frühstück, sehr schöner Innenhof, sehr freundliches Personal.

Beinahe (siehe unten) alles sehr gut!

Cons:

Wir reisten per Auto an, hatten aber keinen Parkplatz im Hotel reserviert. Auf Nachfrage kam die Antwort, der Parkplatz sei voll. Kein Problem, man kann nach fragen, wo es allenfalls in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus noch Platz haben könnte. Aber diese Frage wurde wie folgt beantwortet: Ihr müsst selber schauen.... Erst auf eine hartnäckige Nachfrage gab uns die Receptionistin eher schnippisch ein paar Tipps, wo in der Nähe es allenfalls in einem Parkhaus noch Platz haben könnte. So unter dem Motto: habt ihr kein GPS im Auto? Passte so gar nicht zum ansonsten sehr schönen und gut geführten Haus.
PS: Das Parkhaus hatte sogar E-Ladestationen, eine nützliche Info, wenn man mit dem E-Auto anreist...

The best
Pros:

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in.A beautiful, spotless hotel with fresh-smelling carpets. The bathroom was spacious and exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the view was lovely. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we felt genuinely well taken care of throughout our stay. I wish every hotel I stay in were like this.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that smoking was allowed during breakfast.
