Pros:

Établissement et équipe très agréables et professionnels. C’est rare aujourd’hui de rencontrer des équipes qui savent s’adapter au client. Établissement très bien en tous points, je recommande.

Niet goedkoop maar absolute aanrader.
Pros:

Zeer fijn bed en fijne badkamer. Lijkt op een gerenoveerd woonhuis maar het is allemaal zeer netjes en schoon. Zou er absoluut zó weer heengaan!

Pros:

Très bel établissement, bien placé et proposant tout le confort pour passer un très bon séjour. Le Spa est un vrai plus pour se détendre, tout est très propre et le personnel aux petits soins. La chambre est très confortable avec une belle terrasse.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais prix un peu excessif.
Nous n’avons pas pu profiter du sauna qui ne fonctionnait pas.

Fantastisch gastvrij, sfeervol en comfortabel
Pros:

Locatie, sfeer, faciliteiten en gastvriendelijkheid, mooi kamer…. Een tophotel! We zouden 2 nachtjes blijven, maar hebben we verlengd met 2 nachtjes. Dat was geen probleem. Echt fantastisch verblijf gehad! Zijn enorm vriendelijk naar hond, stond mand en voerbak met snoepjes klaar. Aix les bains is een stadje en er omheen genoeg te doen.

Helmaal niks kan ik bedenken
