Pros:

L’hôtel est superbe Les chambres sont incroyables le personnel est au petit soin l’espace spa un vrai plus

Cons:

Rien seul bémol le manque de places assise au SPA mais je me doute qu’il est compliqué de pousser les murs

Roxy on reception very nice, Mitchell in Restaurant, great service.

Un super moment, je recommande vivement cet hôtel !
Pros:

Le personnel était très agréable, et l’hôtel est vraiment magnifique et très intimiste ! Le spa est également agréable

Cons:

Le prix de la nuit à plus de 200€ est un peu cher pour avoir une chambre sous les toits avec des poutres qui traversent la pièce

Would stay there again.
Pros:

Beautiful room and spa, friendly staff. Location was on the same street as an excellent bread shop, fresh fruit and vegetable market, chocolatier shop, and so much more.

Cons:

Breakfast was nice, we had it one morning and then explored the area for breakfast the following morning.

Superbe hôtel très bien situé et personnel plus que serviable
Pros:

L’hôtel est superbe, il est idéalement situé dans le centre d’Aix les bains, avec les rues piétonnes, les petits commerces et la gare à proximité. Nous avons été très bien accueillis du début à la fin.

Pros:

Le parking sécurisé

Cons:

Il y avait la lunette des toilettes qui bougeait car pas bien serré
Les rideaux étaient vieillot et ça se voyait qu’il n’avaient jamais été changé
Le pommeau de douche était cassé donc il fallait le tenir pour se doucher
