Beautiful luxury hotel in the center of Aix-les-Bains
Pros:

Very friendly staff, especially Clara was very helpful.
We got a free upgrade to a suite which was very nice, spacious and comfortable overlooking the mountain.
As it was my birthday, I also received a small gift which was very thoughtful.

Quelques détails à revoir sinon parfait.
Pros:

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in - highly recommended.
Pros:

The location and staff were wonderful. All amenities exceeded expectations. Staff was super friendly - spoke slow French to us, which was very appreciated. Best hotel I have ever stayed in.

Cons:

Could not really understand the thermostat, but that's on us. We probably didn't understand the directions given to us in French. Room was still comfortable - a/c appreciated.
