Access to the the spa for children under 16 years old is allowed every day from 10:30 to 12:30 only. They must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.

Pros:

Прежде всего хочу отметить персонал, который был очень внимательный и заботливый.
В номере было все необходимое, а вид на горы это просто восхитительно. Если будет возможность, то обязательно вернусь.

Très bien mais hôtel un peu cher

The customer service was atrocious and rude. Several staff were rude and didn't even try and serve you at reception, or had a very negative attitude. I won't be returning for sure, for that price, the customer service was absolutely sub standard.

Proximity to the centre of town and railway station.

Cons:

It’s starting to look old, tired and outdated. The people in the room next door had a massive domestic violence fight and the hotel staff didn’t do anything. While we don’t expect the hotel to control people’s behaviour, they can act to keep everyone safe and should have called the police.

Notre bulle de détente espérée n’a pas été à la hauteur du tarif.

Le spa de cet hôtel est très agréable et bénéficie d’un emplacement exceptionnel, avec une vue imprenable sur le Mont-Blanc.

Le petit-déjeuner est bien fournis et diversifié pour le tarif.

Cons:

En revanche, nous avons été très déçus par la chambre. Celle-ci ne correspondait pas aux photos mises en avant sur Booking lors de la réservation. À notre arrivée, il ne restait qu’un fond de savon et de shampoing dans les distributeurs. La chambre ne disposait pas de climatisation, seulement d’un petit ventilateur poussiéreux et défectueux. La chambre étant exposée plein soleil, il y faisait plus de 28 degrés (fenêtres et rideaux fermés). De plus, les verres du minibar étaient sales. Le frigo du mini bar ne faisait pas de froid. Un pansement usagé était collé sur le rebord de la fenêtre. Quelques un de ces points ont été résolu rapidement par le service de l’hôtel mais ne sont pas à la hauteur du standing attendu à ce tarif. Ils ont malheureusement terni notre séjour qui devait être une bulle de détente et de lâcher prise après avoir fait le tour du mont blanc en randonnée.
