Please note that the restaurant is only open for breakfast.

Access to the the spa for children under 16 years old is allowed every day from 10:30 to 12:30 only. They must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
Access to SPA is not available before check-in and after check out. places are subject to availability, Maximum capacity is 40 people

Please note that gym classes are available on Monday and Thursday. Classes cost EUR 10 per person and are subject to availability.

Please note that the shuttle service to the airport is available at an extra EUR 45 per trip per person.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Ticks every box in a great location
Pros:

Great people. Lovely property great room top floor attic room but very good. Fab bathroom
Very large room.
Location in relation to all the points of interest is perfect and excellent parking.
Recommend the dining room. Great food and staff

Cons:

No direct lift to our section but not to bad.
We would definitely stay again.

Pour un 4 étoiles les équipements laissent à désirer…
le sèche cheveux de la chambre est délabré, le tuyaux se d’éclipse et tombe dès que vous le soulever pour vous sécher les cheveux. À la réception ils n’ont qu’un seul sèche cheveux à prêter pour tout l’hôtel donc forcément il été déjà pris…
Il n’y a pas de bouteille d’eau offerte dans la chambre seulement des mini bouteille d’eau payante à 4 euros...
en ce qui concerne la place de parking vous avez intérêt à réserver en avance car très peu de place et déjà tout complet donc finalement on a du se garer au parking de la ville payant.
Le petit déjeuner est correct mais les pancackes sont industriels et la machine à café automatique est vraiment pas terrible.

Relaxing, beautiful sights
Pros:

Staying was wonderful, the amenities of the spa were top notch, we didn't stay long as Chamonix was a quick stop for us between Lake Como and Paris, but we are so glad that we got to experience the hotel even for us a few days.
