Pros:

Location fab, right near the main area in chamonix,parking was an added bonus

Cons:

Lack of air con, which we knew when we booked and was only a problem because of the heatwave the area was having at the time. Not the hotels fault just unfortunate timing for us

Beautiful property
Pros:

The location was very close to the train station and city centre. It truly was a perfect location. Nice rooftop jacuzzi, spa and bar with fantastic views.

Pessima esperienza dovuta all'addetto alla reception del turno del mattino. Non è stato di alcun aiuto ed in più sembrava molto infastidito dal trattare con mia moglie. Ha persino avuto la pessima idea di accusare il Comune di Chamonix e booking per i disguidi dovuti solamente alla sua incompetenza e mancanza di empatia verso la clientela.

Habitaciones súper acogedoras, recientemente reformada, todas las paredes revestidas de madera y con un balcón con espectaculares vistas a la montaña!la situación también es perfecta, al lado de la calle principal de restaurantes y compras

Cons:

El spa solo está permitido para adultos. Aunque fueron tremendamente amables y nos dejaron que nuestro hijo fuera. No tiene mucho sentido autorizar a los niños de 1030 a 1230 que es cuando normalmente estás fuera haciendo actividades…

Incredible town and best option for a central location steeped in history with wonderful service.
Pros:

Location incredible. Staff were so friendly, especially Farra at reception who has worked there for 16 years. The spa and pool were stunning. Love the history associated with the property. It didn’t feel old or tired. The rooms were kept extremely clean. We will be back.

So glad we chose here instead of our idea of an Airbnb. Right in town, across from the tiny church. View was lovely!

La situation plein centre et la vue sur les montagnes

Drôle de 4 etoules.... Impossible d'accéder a la piscine le soir à cause de la météo - ce qui est tout a fait ok, mais du coup pas de facilité le lendemain matin - le spa ouvre a 10h (hyper tard!!!!), le checkout est a 11h.... On nous propose 30e par personne pour y rester!!!! A 5 ça pique.
Surtout avec la nuit en micro lit..... Une chambre triple pour adultes avec un lit enfant - les pieds qui dépassent de 40 cm.... Et le personnel qui te dit droit dans les yeux "vous avez ce pour quoi vous avez payé"!!!! Non mais franchement retirez l'hôtel de booking si vous maltraiter les clients booking. Bref. On n'y reviendra pas.
