الموقع جيد ، الإفطار جيد

Cons:

تعامل الموظفين غير جيد تم اعطائي غرفه مقابل المصعد وعند طلب تغيرها لوجود الإزعاج تم رفض الطلب ، لايوجد عوازل تماما في الغرفه يتم سماع المياه إذا فتحت في الغرفه المجاوره والصوت كذلك الاسره غير مريحه

Cons:

Cons: parking is really expensive, you pay a decent penny to stay here so €30 a night seems unreasonable!
I would also say the beds are alittle firm for my liking!

Pros:

Location is perfect: close to the center, but not noisy. SPA is very nice and the reservation system keeps it from being crowded. It was a great rest after TMB trail.
The view is one of bonuses. Especially enjoyable from sunbeds and Jacuzzi.

The stuff was incredible - they had always so welcoming and nice attitude.

Cons:

Hotel shows minor signs of passing time, but overall it is very clean and well maintained.
Breakfast could be better - had worst scrambled eggs in the world, but everything else was good.

Excellent location.. walking distance to everything

Cons:

Not the property to fully blame, but was a very warm night with no AC and windows that don’t open, only doors with no screens and lots of wasps and spiders outside

Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the city centre, restaurants, cafés, and other essential services. Overall, the property itself was good and conveniently located.

Cons:

The hotel did not have air conditioning, and the level of service was below what I expected. I had to carry my luggage to and from the room myself, and there was no free hotel parking. At breakfast, a staff member welcomed us in a very unpleasant manner and told us they would be closing in 20 minutes, using a tone that made us feel as though we should not enter. There were also insects on the bed, which was very concerning. In addition, I had emailed the hotel in advance explaining that we were on our honeymoon and expecting a room on a higher floor with a nice view, but this request was not accommodated. The breakfast also did not offer any clearly available halal options, which significantly limited what we could eat.

An excellent treat of a stay in chamonix
Pros:

An excellent stay in a stylish, extremely comfortable room with a fantastic view. This is our second time staying here and we look forward to the next. The breakfast was incredible with a vast variety of options.
