Pros:

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Hotel Le Bourgogne und sind wieder absolut begeistert! Dieses Mal hatten wir uns besonders gefreut, weil das dazugehörige Restaurant geöffnet hatte – und unsere hohen Erwartungen wurden sogar noch übertroffen.

Das Restaurant ist eine absolute Herzensempfehlung! Was hier auf den Teller und ins Glas gezaubert wird, hat echtes Spitzenniveau

Die Vorspeisen: Die Gurkenkaltschale war bei den warmen Temperaturen ein Traum, und der Linsensalat war perfekt abgeschmeckt.

Die Hauptgänge: Sowohl das Steak als auch die Ente waren auf den Punkt zubereitet, unglaublich zart und geschmacklich hervorragend.

Das Finale: Die Desserts und die Drinks haben dem Ganzen die Krone aufgesetzt. Qualität auf ganzer Linie!

Das Hotel selbst hat unseren ersten, tollen Eindruck komplett bestätigt:

Die Zimmer sind super cool eingerichtet und der Blick auf den Genfer See ist einfach unbezahlbar. Ein riesiges Plus bei der aktuellen Hitze, die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und war ein echter Lebensretter!
Das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und sorgt dafür, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt.

Wir haben uns so auf das zweite Mal gefreut und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wer in Évian ist, sollte sich das Restaurant und dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall entgehen lassen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Petit séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel que nous ne manquerons pas de recommander à nos amis.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner copieux. Ameublement original, Grande chambre avec tout le confort. Situation parfaite dans Evian.

Hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla.
Pros:

Loistava sijainti keskustassa vanhan kaupungin välittömässä läheisyydessä. Erinomainen sänky ja tyynyt. Tehokas ilmastointi plussaa kuumana kesäpäivänä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Parvekkeeltamme oli näkymä Geneve järvelle ja vanhaan kaupunkiin. Aamiainen oli riittävä.

Aamiaisella oli voinut olla tarjolla kasviksia.

Hotel-Restaurant ist zu empfehlen. Hotelleitung und Koch sprechen deutsch.
Parkhaus 100m entfernt, Parkplätze sind großzügig. 24h 16,50€

Cons:

Klimaanlage etwas laut.

The receptionists are nice and friendly.

Cons:

Not a lot of water was coming from the shower. There is no door notice if you want your room to be cleaned or not. Breakfast was not special, some english speaking people had a special treatment from the restaurant personnel with chef uniform. Wouldn't recommend a Breakfast in the hotel since staffs are loud and not considerate with the other guests.

La situation de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Salle de bain pour une personne a mobilité reduite. Le WC beaucoup trop bas , pas conforme . La lumière sur le lavabo était en panne même après avisé rien n'a changé.
Les volets ne peuvent pas êtres fermé.
Cette étabissement de mérite pas 3 etoiles.

Traumhafte Lage und erstklassiger Service – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Das Frühstück war super und die Lage einfach perfekt: Der See, das Schwimmbad und verschiedene Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein großes Lob gilt dem Management und dem gesamten Personal, die alle äußerst zuvorkommend waren. Das hoteleigene Restaurant hatte zwar leider noch geschlossen, aber wir durften bereits einen Blick auf die Speisekarte werfen und kurz mit dem Koch sprechen – das Menü sieht hervorragend aus! Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.
