Hôtel des Deux-Iles - Notre-Dame

Couldn’t fault the hotel, rooms were lovely and very clean, staff were brilliant and very nice! Location was amazing and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We stayed here from 30th March to 2nd April and loved the hotel. The staff are so nice and pleasant to talk to and they make you feel at home. The breakfast is very good indeed and served by a lovey lady called Hirut who sets you up for day’s sight seeing. The hotel is in a perfect location on the edge of the Marais district with easy walking to the city, Notre Dame and Le Marias and there lots of good restaurants close by. The hotel reception area is nicely decorated and serves free afternoon tea and cake until 5pm. The rooms are well decorated, appointed and clean. It was a great base to enjoy our Paris get away. Alex on reception is so helpful.

Wonderful location close to restaurants and cafes, cute shops and Notre Dame. Walkable and safe area. The staff were amazing. Alex helped us get settled, oriented us to the neighborhood, advised us where to find converter/chargers for our phones and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The hotel staff also helped us arrange taxi service for two short trips. Very clean rooms with housekeeping available daily. Loved the coffee and tea available in the afternoons.

This perfectly located and charming hotel in the heart of Paris was a special treat. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. While our room was small, even by Paris standards, it was comfortable and well appointed.

This was my second stay and I'm happy to report the welcome was just as warm and professional as last year. This hotel is cozy, charming and excellently located. I felt like I was coming home.

This small hotel is perfectly located for a visit to the heart of Paris. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us. Our room, though small, even by Paris standards, was comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast, served in the grotto like lower level was elegant. Not the usual hotel buffet. Excellent restaurants for lunch and dinner are just steps away. If you want to experience the wonder of the newly restored Notre Dame, or explore the Marais, this is your perfect home base.

I had the pleasure of spending 2 nights at Hotel des Deux Iles in May of this year. The location was fantastic. The morning breakfast excellent. But, the best was the attention I received from the receptionist. Very easy to talk with, very attentive to my logistical question of moving around the city and quite forthcoming with physical maps and suggestions to optimize my time in Paris. When, not if, I return to Paris I wll be staying there.

Wonderful hotel. Very close to Notre Dame! Staff was so helpful suggesting the evening boat cruise and places to eat! Breakfast was delicious! We loved it.

Very charming lobby, room small but clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom was a tub/shower combo. Tub was high to step into and would be better if they added a grab bar to hold onto.

Traveling solo, I booked the "mini", a small single room which was perfect for a single person. Many single rooms in Europe have a single/twin bed but this room had a double bed. I had requested a small kettle for making tea in my room and was happy that they did provide one. The shower was nicely hot. They provided chocolates and water in the room and tea and cookies in the lobby in the afternoon (much appreciated after sightseeing all day). Breakfast included made-to-order omelets. I was told the croissants were baked fresh that morning at a local bakery down the street from the hotel, unlike at other hotels where the croissants are premade by some large company, frozen and then baked on the spot.

I had no issues with noise during the night or any time.

I chose this hotel primarily for the location and for the availability of a small single room. I had tickets to St Chapelle and wanted to get into Notre Dame as well as see some other sights on the Left Bank and the location of this hotel was perfect.

I've stayed at 2 other hotels in Paris prior to this one and would rate this hotel as the best of the 3 hotels. It was charming, small, in a lovely location, and I felt the staff gave personal attention to their guests. I would stay here again or recommend it to others.

Great hotel. Great staff. Great location. A very pleasant small hotel vibe. Free coffee, tea, and cake provided every afternoon in cozy lobby for guests to compare experiences and recommendations. Receptionist/ concierge Alex was very friendly and helpful. They all were. The location on Île St. Louis is notably quiet and peaceful with great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend

Brilliant place to stay in Iles Saint Louis. Felt really welcoming. Loved tea and cake after long walk around Paris very late 19:00. Arrived on train and ledt luggage

This boutique hotel in the heart of The Marais is special. Small, friendly, bi-lingual , amazing fresh breakfast and the kindest reception faces in Alex and Jaun. Thank you for caring for us.

This is a small hotel. Perfect location. The staff were excellent abs helpful. I hope to return for another visit.

Charming, pretty, well-located hotel with mostly helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfasts when you could get them. Had a little trouble with the air system in the room - kept resetting/having to reset.

Clean room. Super staff. Made to Oder breakfast. Definitely worth it

Nice hotel to explore Montmarte

Fabulous hotel located minutes from Notre Dame and an a beautiful street with a selection of restaurants and small shops. Rooms are not particularly big, but bed was very comfortable, shower hot and strong and spotlessly clean. The location is lovely just a short walk to the river. Staff are friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it and will return.

My sister and I stayed in this fabulous little hotel for two nights in August. Sadly for too short a visit as I would have happily moved in!
On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist. Our room with comfortable twin beds on the second floor was small but so well appointed that it didn’t matter and included tea and coffee making facilities and air conditioning. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and had all that we needed. I really appreciated the little welcome gift of jams, also the complimentary tea, coffee and cake in the lounge in the afternoon. Delicious!
Breakfast was beautifully individually prepared with a good choice of local produce - no faceless buffet here!
It was all lovely but most of all I have to commend the wonderful staff that make the hotel what it is. With warmth and professionalism and thank you especially to lovely Alexandra on reception, you made our too short stay a joy.
We will definitely be back.

Great location, charming hotel, service and amenities, though the rooms can get a bit too warm.
