Super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Betten bequem. Das Hotel hat im Innern einen tollen Charme.

Cons:

Die Bilder im Internet erzeugen einen falschen Eindruck vom Zustand und der Grösse der Zimmer. Auf den Bildern wirken die Zimmer viel moderner und größer als sie in Wahrheit sind. Unser erstes Zimmer war sehr klein, muffig, mit Fenster zum Innenhof. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster war wegen der Lüftung im Innenhof nur bedingt möglich. Toll war, dass die Mitarbeitenden der Reception unserem Wunsch, das Zimmer zu wechseln, sofort entsprochen und uns zwei Alternativen angeboten haben. Das neu angebotene Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Vielen Dank.

Fabulous hotel!
Pros:

Location is excellent! It is a few steps away from Luxembourg gardens which is a gem! Sorbonne, Notre Dame, Rue Mouffetard Market, Shakespeare Book store are all within walking distance. You can even walk to Eiffel tower and Louvre if you are a good walker. Only place you will need transportation is Montmarte neighborhood. I will recommend Uber to go there.
The staff is caring and try their best to help you. I sincerely appreciate Chieb's kindness and professional attitude.
There are wonderful restaurants and bakeries around the hotel. Le Prince Racine restaurant has delicious fresh carrot/ginger juice and warm croissant that I loved in the morning.
Room is not huge, but not too small either. Bathroom is so functional and efficient.
They bring you fresh water and 2 cans of soda everyday. There is also afternoon tea/coffee time with a cake in the lobby.
Most of the guests are middle age or older which keeps it quiet during night time:)
Breakfast is very good. They serve all kinds of breakfast food.
Elevator is historic and must see!
The view from my room was priceless. I watched Eiffel Tower with shimmering lights every night!

Cons:

Interestingly, the housekeeping took away my pijamas when she changed the sheets. However, they found it for me next day.
The bathtub is a little bit deep which can make getting in difficult if you have knee or hip issues.

Lovely stay and attentive staff. Great breakfast!
Pros:

Well organized and they had teatime and a marvelous breakfast

Cons:

The brochure in the room said that I could do laundry if I dropped it off before 9 AM and have same-day delivery back, but when I wanted to bring it up, they pointed out that that had changed and therefore was unable to do my laundry. This was disappointing because I had a weeks worth of laundry I had to do before going to the south of France.

Also room service was not 24/7 as they advertised in the brochure

Fabulous Hotel in my favourite Arrondissement with a view of the Eiffel Tower
Pros:

A fabulous hotel in my favourite Arrondissement. I loved the vintage aesthetic and atmosphere of the hotel and the staff were accomodating and welcoming. The concierge helped us find a room with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and the air conditioning saved us from the Parisian Heat in August.
