La stanza è fatiscente. L'intera struttura sembra molto vecchia e mal tenuta. L'ascensore è minuscolo, con una portata max di 160 kg o giù di lì.

De hotel kamers waren niet wat er beloofd werd maar wel prima

die ligging van het hotel was erg centraal

de hotelkamers volden niet aan de foto’s en omschrijving die er vooraf werd gegeven
ik had 3 kamers met balkon geboekt maar bij aankomst bleken er helemaal geen kamers te zijn met bakon
de aanwezige airco werkte op 2 van de 3 kamers niet
ook was 1 van de 3 kamers pas 5 uur na incheck tijd klaar

Le responsable de l accueil est très sympathique. L'hôtel est idéalement situé.

En lisant Grand Hôtel du Calvados, je m'attendais à quelque chose d un peu plus haut de gamme. Il n y a pas d'ascenseur jusqu'au premier étage, ensuite l'ascenseur à partir du premier est microscopique. C'est ennuyeux pour un hôtel situé près d'une gare et qui reçoit certainement beaucoup de voyageurs avec de grosses valises. Les chambres sont très petites et du standing d'un hôtel premier prix. On sent l'ancien hôtel qui a perdu de sa superbe faute de rénovation.

J'ai été reçu par Amir qui a été très accueillant,
Il a vu que j'avais réservé une chambre avec deux lits simples alors que je suis seule .
Il m'a dit qu'il avait une disponibilité pour une chambre avec lit double pour que je soit plus confortable.
Ça fait plaisir qu'on pense à votre confort.
Chambre propre , drap parfait et doux , salle de bain impeccable, rangement petite table et chaise .
Une terrasse pour fumer merci de penser à nous et la cerise sur le gâteau de l'eau chaude pour un thé et café .
