Pleasant stay overall, location excellent. Would recommend
Pros:

Location was excellent, nice and quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. Metro close by and some places within walking distance

Cons:

Room/furniture was a bit dated. Cupboard space was small and no ironing facilities

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely boutique hotel, situated on a quiet street just a 10-minute walk from the Opera. The location is incredibly convenient, with a bus stop right outside the door and a train station close by, though we actually found it easy enough to walk everywhere.

​The room was a decent size and very clean. All of the staff members were exceptionally friendly, polite, and spoke excellent English, which made communication seamless. There are plenty of fantastic food options in the immediate area. Our absolute favorite was Bourgogne Sud. Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful yet central stay.

またパリに来たら利用したい
Pros:

お部屋は見ての通りとても新しくて綺麗です。スタッフがとても親切で、拙い英語で質問しても丁寧に答えてくれたので、安心出来ました。チェックアウト後にスーツケースを預かっていただき、北駅までのタクシーも呼んでいただきました。
設備一覧にも、掲載されている写真でも確認出来なかったけど、部屋には電気ケトルもありました。お水も毎日補充され、掃除も毎日入ります。
サンラザール駅まで7分くらい歩きますが、リエージュ駅まではホテルの前の道をまっすぐで2分くらい。リエージュのバス停までは徒歩1分くらい。観光にもとても便利でした。

Cons:

冷蔵庫があればもっと良かったなと思います。

Convenient location, nice small room, everything's clean, towel have been changed regularly, good buffet breakfast, friendly staff.

Cons:

A litlle tight with a space, should consider it, while booking. Also consider that may be you'll hear your neighbours.
