Will definitely stay again
Pros:

The location was brilliant, other reviews have criticised the area but I am a single woman travelling alone and felt totally safe and loved the area, lovely bistros and everything you needed right on the doorstep.
The staff were so welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The lift was tiny so if you had a lot of luggage would struggle - but at least it has one and I was fine

A good option near Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est
Pros:

Near Gare du Nord- it is an 8 minute walk. Clean and comfortable with good facilities. Kettle , lift, proper pillows , good bathroom.

Cons:

Room a bit small but fine for 1 night and that is the norm in older hotels in Paris.

Overpriced average hotel in a good location.
Pros:

This hotel is convenient for Gare de Nord. The bed was comfortable. We had a nice view.

Cons:

My bedside light didn’t work, the room was very plain apart from huge mural above the bed. The bathroom had a bath and shower but the tap to fill bath had jammed, could only get boiling hot water from the shower. There was mould on the tile grouting. When I tried to use the hairdryer provided, I had to hold the plug in place in the socket. This hotel was very expensive and just not worth it.

Friendly, efficient hotel that is perfect for visitors using the train.
Pros:

Location, location, location! Equidistant between the Nord and Est train stations, not to mention Metro stations. You cannot find a better location, especially if you want to take an early train like we did. Even breakfast was speedy. Efficiency “to the max” at this cute, little hotel.

Cons:

Stairs require dexterity and caution - use the handrails and do NOT look at your phone!

Pros:

Большая удобная кровать, тяжелое одеяло. Теплое, можно спать с открытым окном, очень тихо. Но, если соседний рядом номер хлопает дверью, то очень громко. В номере чайник, вода и сласти. Очень хорошая косметика для душа.

Overall a really nice hotel, really nice staff
Pros:

Comfortable and nicely furnished rooms, clean linen, very friendly staff, felt secure, excellent for Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est.

Cons:

Still some stairs so navigate with cases even when using lifts
