Great surprise, meets all criteria
Pros:

I don't understand why this hotel doesn't have a better rating, it was honestly great. Easy to access and super close to public transportation, the area wasn't sketchy (as train station neighborhoods usually are), a bigger room than I ever had in Paris (compared to 4-5 other hotels), good AC (tested on a day when it was 36-37° outside), very clean and comfortable, very quiet. Nuxe toiletries if you're a fan. Nice staff and a small sweet welcome snack for us. I'll certainly book again.

Cons:

Not a huge fan of having to leave the room card at reception whenever you leave, but we had absolutely no issues to complain about.

Séjour et accueil parfaits ++++
Pros:

A 2 pas de la gare du Nord, emplacement idéal pour rejoindre facilement un événement au Stade de France !
En cas de canicule, la chambre est climatisée = le "must" sur Paris :)

Pros:

We couldn't get a train ticket from Bordeaux to Paris, so we had to hire a car. It took 8+ hours to reach Paris and we finally entered the Hotel at 10 PM. Eric was at the desk and very helpful. He told us about a restaurant nearby that would probably be open. We had mentioned that tomorrow was my husband's birthday and when we got back from the restaurant there was a packet of macaroons for him. We selected this hotel because it was close to Gare du Nord where we were to catch the Eurostar. It was 3 blocks a little uphill but we navigated it fairly easily (we are both in our 80's).

Sehr nettes Personal und saubere Zimmer mit Klimaanlage.
Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Cons:

Die guten Bewertungen zum Frühstück kann ich leider nicht bestätigen. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten. Es gab kein frisches Obst (lediglich eingelegten Obstsalat) und das Gemüseangebot hielt sich auch in Grenzen. Gekochte Eier und gekaufte Pancakes waren kalt.
Darüber hinaus liegt das Hotel in einer etwas dubiosen Gegend und an einer lauteren Straße.

Un bel hôtel à deux pas de la gare du Nord et de la gare de l' Est
Pros:

Très bon accueil dans cet hôtel rénové récemment et impeccable. Les chambres sur l'arrière sont remarquablement calmes.

Cons:

La couette d'hiver, beaucoup trop chaude à cette saison, il faut trouver une autre solution !
