Good location and convenient transport
Pros:

Really good location, feels like a local spot with good bakeries and transportation nearby. We got a room for 3 adults and it was very spacious with 2 bathrooms - recommended!

Pros:

Perfekte Lage. Ruhig. Sehr gut an M2 und M3 sowie Busse angebunden. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Pariser Frühstück besteht aus Croissant, Pain au Chocolat, Brot sowie Butter und Marmeladen. Es wird sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Wer es reichhaltiger bevorzugt, findet in der näheren Umgebung genug Auswahl. Ich komme wieder!

Très bon emplacement, chambre confortable et joliment décorée

Cons:

Salle de bain très étroite (fréquent pour Paris), très mauvaise isolation phonique entre les chambres)

Great hotel, quiet, nice location
Pros:

Great neighborhood, aesthetically pleasing, quiet and with a couple of great bakeries nearby. It's not as heavy on the bar/restaurant scene, although there's an adjacent area 10-15mins walking and also metro right next to the hotel to move around.

Cons:

I didn't get the breakfast but by looking at the offering, it seemed quite limited.
