Lindo hotel con muy buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, a pocas cuadras del Arco del Triunfo, y con paradas de metro cercanas. Se podía ir caminando hasta el Sena y poder ver la Torre Eiffel. El personal del hotel muy amable. Las habitaciones cómodas y limpias.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour
Pros:

Dès notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Le personnel a été particulièrement chaleureux, disponible et très efficace. Ils ont toujours pris le temps de répondre à nos questions et de nous aider, ce qui a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable.
Notre chambre était également parfaite. Très propre, confortable, calme et décorée avec goût. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien tout au long de notre séjour.
Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour son accueil, son hospitalité et la qualité de ses services. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Cons:

Rien de particulier à signaler, notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Le seul petit point serait que nous ne savions pas quoi faire des plateaux du room service une fois le repas terminé... Faute d'indications, nous avons dû les laisser dans le hall d'entrée de notre chambre, ne sachant pas s'il fallait les sortir ou attendre qu'ils soient récupérés. Une petite information à ce sujet dans la chambre ou lors de la commande pourrait être utile pour les clients. Mis à part ce détail, tout était parfait !

We would stay here again.. especially if fridges are placed in the rooms .
Pros:

Room was perfect size, great view, nice cold aircon, comfortable beds and the breakfast was excellent. We were happy that the room size and comfort matched what was advertised.

Cons:

No fridge in the rooms. The coffee pods are available in downstairs common area. This room was more than large enough for a small fridge and with the summer heat doesn’t seem appropriate to not be included. We stayed only 2 nights so we managed but for a longer stay we would want a fridge.

toll, dies wird unser Lieblingshotel in Paris und kann jedem nur empfohlen werden.
Pros:

Die Lage war äusserst gut und man kommt schnell überall hin. Die Zimmer sind gut, das Bett sehr breit und das Badezimmer gut ausgestattet mit Badewanne und Dusche. Für ein Stadthotel waren die Zimmer eher gross, verglichen mit anderen Hotels. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

A very nice hotel in a good location
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The location was just a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe. It was very centrally located and an easy walk to many attractions in Paris. Like many locations, the air conditioning left a lot to be desired. When you return to the hotel in oppressive heat, you hope for a reprieve. It wasn’t really provided.

Cons:

The hosts were not the most personable. They were very short and cut at times. But overall did and provided the service we needed.

Very nice location with friendly and welcoming staff at the reception desk. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed.

Cons:

The breakfast was fairly standard, and although the AC needed repair, it was resolved after three days.
