Un séjour agréable
Pros:

Chambre confortable, avec un set pour un café ou un thé très appréciable. Les échanges par mail avec la responsble ont été très cordiaux.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié l'absence de voilage alors que notre chambre était au rez de chaussée et par ailleurs, la douche ne s'écoulait pas très bien.

Very Disappointing
Pros:

Reception efficient, room clean, bar staff helpful under difficult circumstances.

Cons:

This hotel only has a restaurant for lunchtime and a snack bar until 1700. Those who wanted dinner could only find a local restaurant and these were fast food. Thankfully the barman was able to organise a plate of meats and cheese.
A hotel without a restaurant in the evening is not a hotel in my eyes.
Also the hotel was adjacent to a major road and the traffic noise was apparent through out the night.

Pros:

La chambre était confortable et agréable ... la literie parfaite ! Le personnel a été disponible et très agréable, y compris dans les situations parfois plus compliquées

Cons:

La chambre est mal isolée des couloirs et les nuisances sonores en sont d'autant plus présentes.
L'espace petit déjeuner est petit et limité ... encombrement aux machines ... et salle bruyante.
La gestion comptable mérite une adaptation (il m'a été demandé de payer la chambre alors qu'elle avait été réservée et payée sur Booking
