Lovely staff, great location, lacks basic amenities and was not a comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating the breakfast was lovely and the location was central and perfect for exploring.

Cons:

The building maintains some beautiful period features but overall the property decor, furnishings and fixtures feels dated, and could use a refresh. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and one of our mattresses felt more like a worn piece of foam and could not be called a bed. Understandably due to the age of the property air conditioning is not a feature in the hotel, however it was shocking to stay in the height of summer and have only one broken fan in our two bedroom suite with no guard covering the plastic cracked blades and a missing leg on the stand which meant that in our suite we had to sleep with our bedroom windows completely open allowing the guests across the courtyard to wave to us while laying in our beds. There is no mini fridge, luggage racks or an extra key provided which was annoying as two friends travelling together and only one of us being able to have a key to the room.

Хороший разнообразный завтрак, омлет или яичница готовиться по заказу . Тишина ночью (была комната с окнами во внутренний двор) Удобный матрас. Есть маленький лифт. До дворца 10 мин пешком. Напротив отеля отличный рыбный ресторан

Cons:

Комната с окнами во внутренний двор, мебель в ней довольно изношена, не совпадала с фото комнат на странице отеля. Очень маленькие подушки. Не возможно остановиться у отеля для разгрузки машины, мы долго крутились по району пока нашли. В сентябре парковка с 10 до 17 на дворцовой площади стоила нам почти 30€ , не рекомендую .

Pros:

Très bon hôtel. Bien situé, réceptionnistes sympathiques et accueillants. Nous avons eu l'agréable surprise d'être surclassées, merci beaucoup ! Chambre propre et calme, avec du charme et une belle salle d'eau moderne. Petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.
Nous sommes restées une nuit mais une nuit supplémentaire nous aurait beaucoup plu.

Cons:

Malgré la fin de la canicule, la chambre au troisième étage était assez chaude. Un ventilateur était disponible mais un peu vieillot, sans minuteur pour permettre de s'endormir avec.
Le personnel du petit-déjeuner est moins chaleureux.

Gut gelegenes Hotel für eine Nacht
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, für französische Verhältnisse gutes Frühstück, gute Lage mit kurzem Weg zum Schloss; wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 4. Etage, daher war es ruhig.

Cons:

Parkplatz nur in einem der benachbarten Parkhäuser machbar; Zimmer sehr klein, keine Möglichkeit um Kleidung ver
nünftig abzulegen, nichts für grössere Koffer; Bad schon etwas abgewohnt, Dusche nur etwas für kleinere Konfektionsgrössen

Wish we could have stayed longer.
Pros:

Friendliness and efficiency of reception staff. Cosy bedroom, very clean with toiletries, tea and coffee provided. Baggage kept while exploring the town on check out day.
