La personne de la réception était très agréable et le lieu magnifique et bien situé

Cons:

Le personnel de salle ne parlait pas le français et ne le comprenait pas. Petits déjeuner en cours d'installation à notre arrivée à 8 h,
Problème entre Brookings et l'hôtel sur prise en charge petits déjeuners
Pas de brosse dans les WC, ni sèche cheveux
Télévision impossible à faire fonctionner (pas d'image et de son )

Très déçu ! Ne mérite pas un 3 etoiles
Cons:

Il faut refaire les chambres surtout les salles de bain... WC bancale et sale au fond, équipements cassés et vieux, douche avec rideaux ! Certaines chambres n'ont pas de télé. Le petit déjeuner est un peu juste.

Il letto e il panorama dalla finestra.

Che la camera non corrispondesse assolutamente alle foto che avevo visto su Booking. La camera era vecchia, trascurata, con un pavimento probabilmente degli anni 60 che i miei avevano in cantina. Mobili vecchi, buchi sulle pareti a testimoniare la televisione tolta, con tanto di cavo che penzolava, e altri arredi rimossi. Nessuna presa disponibile in camera mentre un cordless giaceva su uno dei due comodini con il cavo scollegato. Tappezzeria rigonfiata per la muffa e macchiata in più punti. Dulcis in fundo, vicino a letto due portine di legno, tipo armadio, immettevano in un bagno triste, angusto: doccia di un cinquantennio fa, con tenda e al vetro una di quelle ventoline con cordino da tirare per tentare di far entrare un po' di aria.
Alle mie rimostranze, al telefono, la signora mi ha proposto prima un cambio di camera, dicendo che era più grande (ma non che fosse ristrutturata) poi ha accettato di ridurmi almeno il costo e lo ha portato da 139 a... 95. Una vergogna! Penso fossero in mezzo a lavori di ristrutturazione, dalle macchie di vernice sul nostro pavimento e dai corridoi che sapevano ancora di vernice. Corretto sarebbe stato chiamarci in tempo utile e rappresentarci la situazione non congruent Ai dati esibiti sulla pagina di presentazione. Rimane l'amaro della delusione per la mancata correttezza. Prima volta di una palese discrepanza fra quanto pubblicizzato attraverso Booking e la realtà dei fatti.

It has enormous potential, and I am sure it will become an even more special and wonderful place in the future.

The small details still to be improved in terms of décor and comfort are easily outweighed by the beauty of the location, its unique charm, and above all by the wonderful welcome offered by the two owners. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine sweetness make all the difference!
