Perfect hotel. The bed lining smelt amazing, perfect location with beautiful outside space. Super breakfast and very helpful staff. We would stay here again.
La situation géographique de l'hôtel qui permet de se rendre dans le coeur de ville de Sainte-Maxime en même pas 10 minutes à pieds.
La salle de petit déjeuner est très agréable.
- le parking de l'hôtel qui est payant et cher (30 euros / nuit): je ne vois nulle part l'information sur Booking,
- la chambre (2 lits jumeaux, vue mer), très petite, la salle de bains très petite et moyennement fonctionnelle. Le balcon n'est pas un véritable balcon et ne permet même pas de s'installer avec une chaise.
- jour 2 du petit déjeuner: des morceaux de pomme pourris dans la salade de fruits, qui de toute évidence manquait de fraîcheur.
Pour moi, le 4 étoiles n'est pas mérité. J'ai vécu bien mieux dans des hôtels 3 étoiles.
Ce qui distingue véritablement cet établissement, c'est la dimension humaine de son accueil. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement l'hôtesse qui nous a reçus : son professionnalisme exemplaire et sa gentillesse remarquable marquent le séjour dès l'arrivée.
Sur le plan gastronomique, la finesse des mets justifie pleinement de choisir la formule demi-pension. C’est un véritable gage de qualité et de gourmandise qui permet de conclure chaque journée en beauté. Entre une propreté irréprochable et un cadre enchanteur, cette adresse se recommande sans réserve pour la rigueur et la constance de ses prestations.

Badezimmer ist sehr klein und die Türe der Dusche schließt schlecht- Überschwemmung nach dem duschen.
Emplacement tranquille avec une belle vue sur la mer, belle piscine, personnel très sympathique, beau jardin, parking pratique, pas très loin du centre à pied.
rapport qualité prix, toute petite salle de bain avec mauvaise odeur, omelette à revoir.

If I could rate the staff, they would receive 20 out of 10! No exaggeration to say that it was the best customer service ever experienced for any travel. Our enterprise rental car broke down and the staff assisted us every step of the way, making all arrangements and communicating with Enterprise and roadside assistance. Sebastien and Philippe even tried resolving the issue before assistance could arrive. They secured our luggage while we waited, and the ladies at the front desk were so pleasant and friendly, we actually immensely enjoyed the time we had to wait for Enterprise. I wish we could have spent more time at this wonderful oasis! Thank you so much for a memorable experience!
