Tout est parfaitement étudié pour un bon séjour, je connaissais l'établissement
Les communs : restaurant, accueil, piscine étaient bien, le personnel aimable.
La chambre était petite, la salle de bain minuscule. La moquette aurait dû être nettoyée, les oreillers n'avaient de protection. Ma femme a eu plein de piqures et moi quelques unes, On hésite entre les puces et les moustiques. On devait mettre les grandes serviettes sur les draps pour être moins piqué. On ne tenait pas à 2 dans la salle de bain, la fenêtre s'ouvrait sur 10 cm maximum, la chasse du WC empêchait l'ouverture. Beaucoup de trace d'humidité. Au niveau chambre ce n'est vraiment pas un 4*. C'est lamentable. On était, déjà, plusieurs fois, au Best Western de Menton, ça c'est un 4* mais pas celui là.
Tout.L'hotel,le personnel,l'emplacement,le parking privé. Rien à redire.Categorie et prix,justifiés A recommander.

Our room and breakfast was lovely. The staff were exceptional, friendly and went above and bound.

The rooms were nice and pretty comfortable. The location was good
The service is terrible. The woman at the reception was kind of rude and was not intending to help. Also no one helped with the luggage. Being a young woman I had to carry heavy luggage up to the room at my own.
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, idéalement situé à une dizaine de minutes à pied du centre-ville. L’établissement est très bien tenu et le service impeccable : une équipe agréable, souriante et très professionnelle.
Le restaurant propose une cuisine savoureuse et bien équilibrée. Nous avions choisi une chambre supérieure avec vue sur la mer, et la vue sur Saint-Tropez et le golfe est tout simplement extraordinaire. Seul petit bémol, les chambres sont assez petites et les tarifs élevés en saison, même s’ils restent dans les prix du secteur.
La piscine est calme et le jardin, très joliment aménagé, est parfait pour un moment de détente en fin de journée.
Nous y reviendrons volontiers, peut-être hors saison, pour profiter d’une chambre plus spacieuse.
Les chambres supérieures vue mer sont petites : 20 m2
La penderie ainsi que le coffre fort, étaient trop haut.
