Plus que parfait
Pros:

Tout était parfait !
C’était notre -ère fois dans cet établissement et cela ne sera pas la dernière.
Le personnel est extrêmement aimable, souriant et attentionné. Toujours aux petits soins.
Une petite boutique avec de jolis articles artisanaux pour la plupart est proche de la réception.
Le petit déjeuner est très très varié avec uniquement des produits frais.
La chambre était extrêmement propre et rénovée.
Vendredi soir, il pleuvait et nous avons dîné au restaurant avec 4 amies qui nous ont rejoint. Les plats étaient excellents pour des prix très corrects.
Le soir, il y avait une animation musicale et nous avons même dansé.
On a tellement aimé qu’on y a repris notre déjeuner dans ce même restaurant, le lendemain midi.
Bref, je me suis sentie comme à la maison avec un service irréprochable !
Nous reviendrons !

Heel aangenaam voor een stop onderweg naar Spanje
Pros:

De gezellige sfeer in het hotel, het lekkere eten. En het feit dat we een betere kamer kregen omdat ik wat slecht ter been ben en niet zo makkelijk trapjes kan nemen.
Wat ook fijn is, is de parkeergelegenheid. Op doorreis naar Spanje kiezen we altijd voor 2 nachten in dit hotel.

Pros:

Liked the individual style and decoration in the hotel. All the staff were super friendly and very helpful wherever needed. everything was done with a smile. We had a very good stay.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit too small. Little bit less furniture would be better in the small rooms.

Les critiques que je vais faire ici ont été dite à l’oral à qui de droit que ce soit à la réception et au serveur du restaurant : (je ne me cache pas derrière un avis en ligne)
- L’odeur qui se dégage de la chambre : solution: mettre un diffuseur d’odeur ou poser des sachets de lavande ou envisager un nettoyage de moquette en profondeur par une société externe.
°En consultant les avis, je vois que ce problème a déjà été remonté depuis au moins 2024, pour les futurs voyageurs cela serait intéressant de prendre cela en considération afin d’éviter d’autres insatisfaction et conserver votre note.°
- Le fait que les coussins et dessus de lit marron ne soient pas frais et ne dégage pas une odeur de linge propre , solution : les nettoyer
- Le tuyau de douche qui n’est pas vraiment pratique : il est difficile d’avoir le jet complètement parallèle à soi ; solution : changer ce tuyau et la méthode d’accroche vieillissante

Déçue du restaurant le bistrot du glacier, j’ai commandé un filet mignon sauce tapenade noire avec gnocchis et courgette, le porc n’était pas assez cuit (non rosé) plutôt cru, je n’ai pas pu le manger aucun serveur ne m’a demandé comment ça allait au cours du repas, la présence des serveurs étaient uniquement pour poser les plats à table et ils partaient assez vite sans même présenter ce qu’il servait à table.Je n’ai pu interpeller personne pour avertir de la cuisson.Ce qui m’a été reproché par le serveur quand je lui ai dit au moment de la fin de mon repas ( je suis allée au bar pour le prévenir tout de même) pourtant je suis restée assise un moment à ma table quand j’eu finis de manger et personne n’est venue me débarrasser …
Service à revoir : demander comment ça se passe pendant le repas, si l’on ne manque de rien etc est pour moi le minimum
D’ailleurs aucun dessert ne figure sur le menu.

Pros:

Locatie in de plaats dichtbij centrum.

Cons:

Beddengoed was beetje bijzonder.
Oud gebouw met krappe gangen en erg lage deur naar de badkamer. Je moet als je langer bent dan 1,65m bukken.
