l'amabilite du personnel qui vaut largement une 5 etoiles!! Fatima a ete tout simplement geniale! LA proximite du metro 13 est aussi tres apreciable.

Cons:

que dire? peut etre un tres leger bruit de tuyauterie au matin mais c'Est bien pour ecrire quelque chose de "negatif" Sinon je ne vois rien a reprocher a cet etablissement.

Excellent hôtel, personnel avenant. Plein centre et proche métro
Pros:

Accueil personnalisé, lors de la réservation, nous avions une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux. La réceptionniste, très sympathique, a fait le nécessaire afin que nous ayons une chambre avec grand lit.

Cons:

La soufflerie de la climatisation qui est dirigée tout droit vers la tête du lit, donc sur nous, plutôt gênant. Du coup, nous l'avons coupé....
