Pros:

J'ai bien aimé l'emplacement, pas loin de la gare ni des boutiques de tout type plein de restaurants multi-ethnique. Le personnel était très cordiale et disponible .expérience à refaire.

Cons:

J'ai pas aimé les femmes au vitrines...Oui c'est vrai que chacun est responsable de soi-même ...mais dans la logique ça s'appelle esclavage bien modéré et masqué par ce qu'on appelle democratie.

Cons:

tren istasyonundan otele yürürken 50m lik bölüm biraz tehlikeli, başıboş bir sürü insan var yürürken dikkat etmek gerekir.

The room is good,spacious and the behaviour of staff is also good.there is nothing much to complain about the property but best western as a brand itself is becoming too basic.no water etc in room,room too basic.bedding can be improved.

Pros:

El personal fue super amable! Nos dejaron quedarnos en recepción hasta que nos recogió un taxi como unas 4 horas, nos proporcionaron agua caliente para el cafe, nos guardaron el equipaje. Un diez. Y además hablaban super bien español!

Cons:

Las camas se hundían un poco a mi no me molesta, para mi genial pero a mi marido si se le hundía cuerpo. La calle de atras del hotel.. bueno un poco rarita mejor salir hacia adelante

Dobrý hotel v blízkosti severního nádraží
Pros:

Hotel je umístěn v dobré dopravní dostupnosti vlakového nádraží a metra. Nejpřímější cesta z nádraží do hotelu v noci působila trochu nebezpečně. Okolí jinak vypadalo klidně až na potenciální hluk z vlaků. Zařízení pokoje bylo dobré. Potěšila mě rychlovarná konvice a čaj a káva na pokoji. Snídaně nebyly moc rozmanité, ale dostačující.

Cons:

Nejméně jsem byl spokojený s postelí, která byla extrémně měkká a nepohodlná. Stůl podél postele byl trochu stísněný a nedal se k němu pořádně postavit židle.

Una zona anche se c'è la stazione di polizia molto insicura un vero peccato

Below expectations
Pros:

The facility was located in not so safe part of the city. The moment the driver brought us in, he told us to be careful, the area was not too safe. There was a red light district not so far from the hotel..

We immediately went out to eat the moment we checked in, while coming back, we met so many fiercely looking guys sitting around the front of the hotel smoking. We knew this wouldn't work for us because we may need to come back late most times.

The corridors are so tiny and could barely take 2 persons per time, the elevator was so small too. This place was also too far from the event we came for.

Immediately we checked in and noticed these issues, we went downstairs to have a chat with the front officer person, we told her we will stay just one night, against the 4 nights we had booked. We left the next morning after another meeting with the front office guy, we were shocked to receive a message from the hotel telling us we will be charged for 2 nights while we only stayed for one night. The question is, if your hotel was fascinating, we will have no reason to leave. We moved to ParkInn by Radisson which we found so excellent.

We are still waiting for our refund.

We do not like the hotel and we will never use it again, it is too old.
