Nice place with great staff and air conditioning.
Pros:

Air conditioning made a huge difference. Bathroom was modern and clean. Beds were soft and table and wardrobe facilities were good. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

TV wouldn’t turn on but we only stayed one night so minor deal. If you have a plug with a tail at the bottom, couldn’t plug it in by the bed as the fixed table was too close. Uber’s kind of struggled to find the place cause it was in an odd spot. All very minor things it was generally great.

Sejur reusit, oras atragator, cazare se putea mult mai bine.
Pros:

Personalul foarte amabil si gata sa ajute.
Dusul cu apa calda avea presiune buna la apa.

Cons:

Camera mea si cea a fetelor mele avea pete de mucegai pe perdele. Baile curate, dar mobilier vechi, cazi si chiuvete vechi. Deasemenea si mobilierul din camera este vechi..noptiere rupte.
Aerul conditionat functional dar vechi, zgomotos, cu termostate antice.
Zona foarta murdara si rau famata in jurul hotelului.

Weekend a Bruxelles
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier, à côté du Botanique, l'accès au centre est à 5 minutes à pied.
Le personnel est présent et agréable..
Il y a la climatisation dans les chambres pendant cette période de canicule..

Cons:

Il manque un petit frigo , bar dans la chambre.

Im Zimmer hat alles funktioniert wie es sollte, komfortable Zimmer. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Lage ist auch gut verbunden und freundliches Personal.

Endroit situé dans une rue insecurisante, très très bruyante nous n'avons pas dormis de la nuit hate d'être au lendemain pour quitter les lieux. Pas de parking seul un parking public est disponible. Et à l'accueil on me confirme de ne pas laisser garer notre véhicule à l'extérieur car trop d'insécurité... Nous sommes très déçus par ce séjour.

Séjour très décevant, marqué par un personnel peu accueillant et un niveau de propreté inacceptable

J’ai échangé à plusieurs reprises avec le personnel afin de demander le remplacement de notre chambre familiale (4 personnes) par deux chambres doubles (2 personnes chacune). Malgré notre proposition de payer un supplément, cette demande a été refusée sans aucune volonté de trouver une solution. Le manque d’écoute, de courtoisie et d’amabilité du personnel d’accueil a été particulièrement décevant.

À cela s’ajoute un sérieux problème de propreté. Les photos jointes montrent clairement un manque d’entretien de la chambre, avec de la poussière accumulée et des toiles d’araignée à plusieurs endroits. De plus, la douche présentait un problème d’évacuation : l’eau ne s’écoulait pas correctement et stagnait au sol pendant toute la durée de la douche, ce qui est particulièrement désagréable.

Un tel niveau de négligence est difficilement acceptable dans un établissement hôtelier.

Cette expérience est très loin des standards d’hospitalité que l’on est en droit d’attendre de cette enseigne. Je ressors extrêmement déçu de ce séjour et je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
