Séjour dans l'hôtel au top.
Pros:

L’hôtel et le personnel, y compris le petit déjeuner étaient très bien. Le personnel au top et répond à nos attentes et nos besoins. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles. Le petits déjeuner sont complets et tout le monde peut trouver de quoi se régaler. C'est très bon.

Cons:

Nous avons moins appréciées le quartier où l'on ne s'est pas senti très à l'aise et qui n'est pas très "belge". Nous aurions apprécié que l'on nous prévienne. Peut-être que ce n'est pas possible.

Very disappointing stay – uncomfortable room and poor service

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not comfortable, and the air conditioning was not working at all. When I spoke to the receptionist, I was told that it would come on automatically, but it never did. Eventually, one of the receptionists kindly lent me a fan, which I appreciated, but this did not solve the problem.

The overall service was disappointing and not what I expected from a hotel. On top of that, the surrounding area did not feel safe or pleasant, with what appeared to be people under the influence of drugs around the area and constant fighting and disturbances, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. I expected a much better standard of comfort, service and safety.

Pros:

La habitación estaba limpia y el personal amable.
Esta situado a unos 2km del centro y se puede ir andando.

Cons:

Por la parte de atrás del hotel es una zona por donde es mejor no pasar ni de dia ni de noche por que puede ser que te roben o algo peor. Demasiada gente rara.

Good stay close to lots of sights.
Pros:

Hotel staff were pleasant and the hotel was fine though a bit dated.

Cons:

Room was clean but small insects (silverfish crawling on room carpet) indicated an excess of damp or moisture in the room, which wasn't the best experience on our first night.

Hotel in stile classico con spazi e servizi adeguati.
Pros:

Posizione comoda per il centro città, i musei e gli spostamenti fuori città con il treno, compreso l' aeroporto.
Colazione a buffet molto ampia, anche se noi italiani non siamo abituati. Diverse mattine abbiamo fatto colazione con il l bollitore, caffè solubile o tè fornito e poi rinnovato con la pulizia della stanza.
Staff disponibile anche a chiarimenti via whatsapp.
Stanza silenziosa e ben climatizzata, sufficientemente ampia.

Cons:

Gli scarichi del bagno sono un po' lenti.
Il led del condizionatore non si può spegnere per l'uso notturno.
Al tavolo c'è una sola sedia. Potrebbero essere forniti almeno degli sgabelli pieghevoli per gli altri ospiti.
