Le bonheur
Pros:

Tout. Le jardin, le personnel au petits soins, extrêmement gentil, la cuisine, la qualité des produits, le spa, la propreté et le confort, les soins (massages)

Cons:

Petits bémols: pas d’air conditionné dans l’hôtel, malgré la gentillesse du service nous avons dû parfois aller les chercher nous-mêmes pour passer commande, chambre coté route bruyante

Eine Enttäuschung.
Pros:

Zimmer hübsch. Jedoch viel zu heiss... Balkon sehr lieblos, zwar riesig aber ohne jegliches Flair eingerichtet, zwei Stühle und ein Tischchen, nichts Liebevolles erkennbar. Frühstück mittelgut. Es wird nicht nachgefüllt oder das Personal versteht es nicht (da nicht deutsch sprechend)

Cons:

Personal spricht kein Deutsch, oder nur sehr wenige. Man wird stets auf Englisch angesprochen. Das meiste Personal hat offensichtlich keine oder keine grosse Erfahrung, sehr unbeholfen. Bei CHF 300 pro Nacht enttäuschendes Personal. Service kaum vorhanden. Essen ebenfalls enttäuschend.

Pefect stay for ski season.
Pros:

Breakfast is superb, a lot of different options. The spa is amazing, the outside pool is super cool.
