Pros:

景色。角部屋で湖が見える部屋だったので本当に美しい景色を楽しめた。レトロエレベーターが可愛かった。古き良きホテルといった印象。朝食のココアが美味しかった。

La ubicación era relativamente buena con respecto a la estación de trenes.

Cons:

Muy anticuado. Baño poco espacioso y ascensor poco seguro. No había enchufes junto a la cama.

Toll, ein solches Haus kennen gelernt haben zu können.
Pros:

Der Charme und die Aura des Hauses und des Salle a manger, die auch für Einheimische offene Zoo-Bar mit den Menschen, die man dort treffen konnte, dass man dort herzlichst willkommen war und sofort in Gespräche gekommen ist rund um den Spirit of Sports, der dort gelebt wird. Tolle Erfahrung.

Cons:

Als Alleinreisende hätte ich im Salle a manger gerne auch mal einen wirklich schönen Tisch bekommen.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel❣️
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr netten Empfang und bekamen ein tolles Zimmer mit hervorragenden Seeblick.
Das Frühstück ließ keinen Wunsch offen.
Das gesamte Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.
Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt!!

Beau séjour à St Moritz
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé à courte distance à pied de toutes les commodités : restaurants, boutiques, train et du Lac St Moritz où nous avons pu faire une belle balade.

Cons:

L'entrée principale est un peu difficile à trouver. L'arrêt du bus est derrière l'hôtel et il faut faire un long détour pour s'y rendre, mais aucune indication sur la route

Great Room and Location, but Disappointing Staff Policies

A room with a fantastic view over the lake and mountains.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small.

Although the staff were friendly and helpful, they did not enforce the hotel’s no-smoking policy and even allowed staff members and guests to smoke in the bar. This was very unpleasant.

In addition, only selected guests were offered the option of dining in the bar, while others were told to eat elsewhere. This seemed unfair and inconsistent.

Making of great memories in a beautiful place.
Pros:

The bar was awesome. Had so much fun with the staff and some of the locals. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains and lake. The hot water pipe warmed the towels which was a great feature.

Cons:

The water would go from boiling hot to lukewarm every so often.
