Hervorragende Lage mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf Berge und See

Das Zimmer war ein sonnendurchflutetes Eck-Erkerzimmer mit Schreibtisch, Kühlschrank und grossem Kleiderschrank + Safe: mit Blick auf den Moritzsee und Berge. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig mit getrockneten und frischen Früchten, Ei, Müsli, verschiedenen Tees, Wasser, Zitronenwasser, Säften, Sonderwünsche wie besondere Milch, Cappuccino o.ä. wurden individuell erfüllt. Frische Blumen auf den Tischen... Sehr freundliches hilfsbereiten Personal! Abendessen und Dessert waren sehr fein.

Cons:

Schwierig: das Hotel ist natürlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen: Teppich im Zimmer und kleine Schäden an der Badkeramik stören nicht wirklich, wenn alles sehr sauber ist.

Vista espetacular!
Pros:

O hotel é maravilhoso! Uma vista deslumbrante para o lago e os Alpes, só isso já te deixa encantado. Fomos bem recepcionados e o quarto era extremamente confortável, com uma ducha sensacional! Recomendo!

少し残念
Pros:

決して新しいホテルではなかったですが、その分雰囲気があり、またお部屋も綺麗だったのでこちらのホテルに泊まってよかったなと思いました。
駅からは歩いて12.3分です。

Cons:

7時からの朝食ですが、窓際で食べたくて7時ちょうどにレストランに行きました。
窓際の席は４人席のテーブルしかなく、そこに座ってもいいかと尋ねたら、「ここは４人席だ！」とキツく言われ、ため息をつかれました。
（わたしは一人の利用でした）
確かに最初、その席に座るのは少し躊躇いましたが、せっかくだしと思って尋ねたのですが。
年配の女性スタッフです。
こちらのホテルへの評価が一気に下がりました。

Hotel bonito e confortável, com bom café da manhã e todas as demandas necessárias. Muitas peças de decoração antigas, que dão charme especial ao hotel.

O quarto é gigantesco, a vista da sacada é maravilhosa e a localização é boa.

Cons:

O valor é alto considerando que: O hotel está precisando de manutenção. A sacada estava com a madeira bem feia e os tapetes cansados... O atendimento inicial foi frio. No café da manhã não tinha muita variedade, só tinha ovo cozido, ovos mexidos eram pagos a parte.

Despite bored unfriendly front desk people we had a nice time ignoring them.

Great hub for Bernini Express and Glacier Express to Zermatt.
Pros:

Very helpful staff. Adequate room. Close enough to train station and on main bus route. We flew into Zurich and took train straight to St Moritz. Great and easy start to Switzerland.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about
