What a wonderful stop after hiking up to Triesenberg. We were welcomed for dinner with a spectacular view. Great food, friendly service and a comfortable room.
The location / view is great!
ENGLISH:
We stayed at this hotel for one night and were extremely disappointed. With temperatures reaching 35°C outside, we were placed in room 19, located directly under the roof (Room 20 should be the same case). The temperature inside the room was a stifling 30°C. We were provided with a fan, but it did absolutely nothing to cool the room down—it just circulated the hot air.
What we found particularly upsetting is that the hotel was informed in advance that I am pregnant. Putting a pregnant guest in an uncooled attic room during this kind of heatwave is, frankly, unacceptable and shows a complete lack of concern for guest well-being.
To make matters worse, the bathroom was poorly designed: the sloped ceiling over the shower/tub was so low that it was physically impossible to stand upright. Taking a proper shower was simply not possible.
Conclusion: No air conditioning, no consideration for guests with special needs (pregnancy), and a bathroom that is effectively unusable. We had a miserable stay and cannot recommend this place.
DEUTSCH:

Goede douche
Walk-in shower, well lit bathroom, loaned tea kettle. Beautiful view of valley, Rhine River and surrounding mountains from glass atrium in dining area. Free bus that picks up in front of hotel, takes you down to Vaduz or up mountain to ski town for beautiful meadow views. Free parking in underground garage with elevator under hotel. Grocery store next door. Lovely area. Good breakfast.
No coffee or tea in room, only in restaurant but can borrow kettle. No AC but not needed since this hotel is located up the mountain over Vaduz and cool in evening. (Month of May) The worse part was the room was very dim in the evening, not enough light. They had one big light above that did not provide much light, small reading lights on each side of bed. I had to turn the reading lights to get light over to corner counter where we had placed the kettle. We had to turn on TV just to get added light in room. We liked the hotel but they need to add better lighting in room. Would not be hard to install larger lamps where reading lights are or standing lamps. Thankfully bathroom was well lit. Not much in English channels so just went to bed since not much to do once it is dark. It was also pricey for the room.
Location, staff, and really most everything else!
The dinner at the restaurant was expensive and very sub par.
