Tolles Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal und bester Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Einkaufsstrasse von Zürich und direkt am Bahnhof. Das Personal ist unfassbar freundlich, zuvorkommend und höflich. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sehr sauber und da Bett ist sehr bequem. Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen und wir werden das beim nächsten Zürich-Besuch wieder buchen.

Hotel Schweizerhof Zürich is Excellent in every way.
Pros:

Straight out of the station to the front of the hotel. Staff took over our luggage and while checking in we were offered wine or orange juice. Staff were incredible and professional. We never had breakfast but did have dinner. The meal was as opulent as it was delicious, the staff once again made us feel special and the knowledge of the young waiters on wine, beer and food was excellent. We were given an upgrade to a Junior Suite with two bathrooms which made getting ready so easy. Bar staff were friendly and talkative and made a simple afternoon drink a pleasure. Chocolates on our pillows each night to the Butler with the complimentary snacks at 9pm made a lovely touch and once again sets the bar for other hotels. From check in to check out I have nothing but praise for this hotel and the staff.

Cons:

That we couldn’t stay longer. Nothing else as everything was perfect.

Zurich’s best 5 star accomodation
Pros:

Its proximity to transport facilities.( trams, trains) is its biggest advantage over other 5 star hotels. We travelled extensively in Switzerland for 3 weeks using Switzerlands outstanding train network and our main criteria for choosing accommodation is closeness to train stations. The hotel’s staff were par excellence. They were courteous, attentive and really helpful. Facilities were also outstanding.

Pros:

The location was convenient and the rooms are spacious.

Cons:

The coffee shop down at the hotel was horrible they were so rude and refused to serve me coffee or food and tried to act all snobbish worst service ever .
Also the room service food wasn’t the best .
