موقعه وتعامل الموظفين سريعين ونظيفين

Cons:

كان الفندق حار والتكيف لم يبرد مع ان الفندق ماقصروا غيروا غرفتي على طول واحضروا لي مروحه ولكن التكلفه مقابل المبلغ تعتبر جدا غاليه

Not happy
Pros:

The location and the historic value of the property

Cons:

The air condition issue that even though I understand it has to do with the Swiss regulations and restrictions on A/C, as a tourist in Zurich and a guest at a 5 star hotel of this caliber it is not my problem. With a temperature of 36 degrees outside it is totally unacceptable to have 31 degrees inside the room because the Swiss state controls the a/c operations restricting them to operate only 5 degrees below the outer temperature. The high room rate I pay it (should) provide air condition in the room but in my case not only they didn’t but I wasn’t even provided a fan to at least minimize the problem. Additionally the Hotel should inform the guests before booking that they will face this problem so that it will be my decision to proceed with the booking or not.

It is an OK and cost effective place to stay. But not very comfortable
Pros:

The location is great and you can see the chapel bridge out from the window.

Cons:

But there is no air conditioning and it is very very hot. If you open the windows, the noise from downstairs is pretty loud and there are also flies and bug coming in. The washing machine is not in unit and sometimes are occupied.

A short and great stay at the Schweizerhof - all around Swiss perfection
