Der Aufenthalt hat uns in der Gesamtbetrachtung sehr gut gefallen.
Pros:

Sicht im dritten Geschoss direkt auf den Hauptbahnhof.
Schönes Zimmer stilvoll und eingerichtet, mit guter Gesamtausstattung.
Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal welches auch Deutsch spricht.
Nette und sympathische Geburtstagsüberraschung vom Hotel zum Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Olivenöl welches wir separat zum Nachtessen bestellt haben war nicht frisch.
Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl an Fleisch und Gemüse etwas karg, der Speck war totgebraten.

Perfect location in Zurich
Pros:

We loved our stay here! It is in the perfect location to get wherever you need to in Zurich. The train station is right across the street. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is beautiful.

Everything about our stay was truly excellent. The only aspect that did not match the standards of a five-star hotel of this level was the breakfast. We expected a much wider variety and better selection considering the overall quality of the hotel.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel
Pros:

AWFUL hotel and experience. I don't know how they got upgraded to 5 stars. This hotel is definitely in the range of 3 stars maybe 4 on good day. I was upgraded to a junior suite and it was awful. I would hate to see what a regular room looks like.

Great location, comfortable rooms
Pros:

The Schweizerhof is a comfortable hotel situated next to the the Zürich main railway station. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly. Breakfast bread and croissants a bit stale.

Cons:

كان الفندق حار والتكيف لم يبرد مع ان الفندق ماقصروا غيروا غرفتي على طول واحضروا لي مروحه ولكن التكلفه مقابل المبلغ تعتبر جدا غاليه
