The venue is very well located, but the level of professionalism displayed by the staff fell short of expectations.

When we checked in at 6:20 p.m., our room was still not ready. The staff did not inform us of the delay in advance and showed little regard for our time. This was particularly frustrating as we were on our way to an important meeting.

To be clear, we did not receive any apology, compensation, or acknowledgment from the hotel regarding this situation.

Also, construction site is on the bridge very close to the hotel and it’s noisy from very early morning.

Amazing location to base yourself for a first time treat yourself trip to Zurich.
Pros:

The location is unbeatable. Fantastic in house restaurant, the breakfast is amazing. Love the rooftop bar and sister restaurant Alex across the lake by a boat ride is another highlight. Cleanliness is top notch, service staff is too notch. We would love to come back again.

Cons:

The bathroom and room is a little on the small side granted this is a city hotel. As there is only 1 lift, it can be crowded or difficult to get the lift.

Exceeded all expectations
Pros:

Excellent location, corner room was outstanding. Views were excellent. Staff was incredibly helpful. Even assisted in buying train ticket. You get what you pay for and it was more than worth it. Can’t wait to go back!

Sehr gelungen, bin häufiger im Storchen und komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, tolle Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind zwar eher klein, aber sauber und modern.

Cons:

Es war etwas laut in den Zimmern wenn man nachts die Fenster offen hat.

lugar incrível!! com uma vista absurda de um dos canais principais de zurique!
mto próximo da rua principal da cidade Bahnhofstrasse e perto de um ralphs café e várias ruelas lindas para fotos!
também tomamos um matchca do outro lado do rio na Ju Matcha incrível

Not a great value for money hotel
Pros:

Location is great, very comfortable room.

Cons:

Staff was polite but not really welcoming, not the kind of service from a hotel on this price range.
Limited service offers, no Spa and bar was closed because of rain.
