A good place to stay, close to the station and the old town.
Pros:

Easy walk from the station to the hotel just the other side of the river. Member of staff on the desk was excellent. Very helpful. Lift gave easy access to the room. A short walk to the old town along the river and nearby streets. A fantastic chocolate shop in the old town with hot chocolate (100%) advertised as the best in the city - and it was exceptionally good.

Cons:

Nothing really, although the shower was a little tired and in need of renewal.

nice location, nice staff, good breakfast in the near coffee shop. small room.
Pros:

very well located, small room but everything that is needed is there.

Cons:

The checking system afterhours I arrived after 23:00 too much instructions and codes to open the street door and get the room key, confusing. Apart from that everything was perfect.

A cute stay in an excellent location
Pros:

The location could not have been better – so close to the station, and so close to Old Town, it made walking around Zurich a breeze. The room was cute. Yes, it's incredibly dated, but very clean and well maintained, and there was a certain kind of charm about it looking ripped out of a bygone era.

Cons:

Nothing! It was nicer than expected and we were very happy with our stay.

Pros:

I did not stay for breakfast … as I love going back to my favorite places …but loved returning to my room …

Cons:

I embraced what I love and all for in order giving me such a comfortable stay … Thank you

Best location to stay
Pros:

Location was very good. It is near to tram, train and bus. You can walk anywhere. Also staff extreamly firendly

Cons:

Room size very small. Air conditioner was not working.

Pros:

The receptionist was very helpful when we were much later than expected. He sent us instructions about how to check in later so that we didn't have to worry about the time.

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing as there was no choice. I would have preferred the voucher to be for a specific amount so that we could choose what we wanted and, if necessary, pay any extra.

Pros:

Location to train station and close to restraurants

Cons:

Their breakfast facility was being remodeled and we had to go to a cafe next door for breakfast. The breakfast was adequate by no protien. Not meat, no fruit, no juice. Just bread and scrambled eggs.

Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

My partner got locked in the bathroom and could not get out. There is no-one that works at the hotel and I had to call out from the reception area and they said it would take some time to get him out. He eventually got out on his own.
The window overlooked a busy stairwell outside...
Not a good experience.

Pros:

we really enjoyed our stay , very accommodating reception staff, excellent location , especially due to the fact we arrived by train, close to center attractions and supermarket . Thank you

Pros:

地點在火車站附近，旁邊有咖啡店及餐廳，離超市也不遠，步行到景點都很方便，而且很安靜。
飯店雖然看起來有年代，但整理得很乾淨，櫃台接待人員也很客氣。
電梯復古小小的，只能搭乘1-2人，還得自己推開門，蠻有趣的。
房間算大，打開兩個28吋行李沒問題，床很好睡，冰箱還有提供一瓶氣泡水和一瓶無氣泡水。

Cons:

唯一小缺點是淋浴間有點小，然後沒有提供沐浴乳(不過有洗手乳和洗髮乳)。
