El hotel cumplió con mis expectativas. El persosnal de recepción fue amable. La ubicación es, para mí, inmejorable, ya que está cerca de todo lo que necesitaba y permite desplazarse cómodamente por la ciudad. En general, fue todo bien, repetiría sin lugar a dudas.

Cons:

Son detalles menores, pero mejorarlos haría que la experiencia fuese todavía más cómoda. Por ejemplo, resulta
absurdo que haya un secador de pelo disponible en la habitación, pero que el enchufe del propio secador no sea compatible con las tomas de corriente de la pared, por lo que finalmente resulta inservible sin un adaptador.

También sería conveniente revisar la ubicación del papel higiénico, ya que se encuentra alejado del WC, algo que resulta poco práctico y puede solucionarse fácilmente.

Great location, clean and modern, close to the main train station, very happy with our stay!
Pros:

Fred’s was super close to the main train star which suited us for a quick overnight visit. It was clean, modern and for a small room very well laid out so we didn’t feel cramped. The staff were all very pleasant and spoke English well. We would definitely recommend and would stay again if we had the need in Zurich.

Cons:

Nothing, it was great!

Would stay there again but 1 night was long enough based on the size of the room.
Pros:

Location was perfect and staff were awesome. Showers were great.

Cons:

The noise carry’s from the hallway into our room as people are coming and going all through the night. Rooms are small and missing a much needed mini fridge for medication storage.

A nice centrally located hotel!
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location very close to the train station. Even though it is on a busy street, the room was extremely quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms have air conditioning which was a blessing as it was very warm in Zurich. The breakfast is not included. It is not as elaborate as other hotels but still worth the price.

Cons:

The room was on the smaller side but not bad for European standards. Everything about this hotel is done on your phone. You check yourself in on your phone and your phone becomes your room key. Staff was helpful but this may be a challenge if you are used to a desk clerk and actual room key.
