The location was perfect, right near the bus and train stations. The breakfast was very good, and the room was just as I expected—a great fit for me.

Cons:

he only thing I didn't like was that I could hear people in the next room and above me, so it was very noisy

Pros:

Διαλέξαμε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο για να είναι δίπλα στον κεντρικό σταθμό της Ζυρίχης.
Η περιοχή έχει εστιατόρια καταστήματα και είναι ζωντανή και ευχάριστη.
Εξαιρετικό το πρωινό του ξενοδοχείου.

Cons:

Δεν μας άρεσε το άνοιγμα του υπνοδωματίου με το κινητό τηλέφωνο κάθε φορά.
Ευτυχώς ο κύριος Τόνι, μας έκανε τη διευκόλυνση να μας δώσει μία κάρτα κλειδί για τα δωμάτια μας.

飯店的位置非常棒，就在蘇黎世中央火車站（Zürich HB）旁，從第18號月台附近的出口出來，步行很短的距離即可抵達。旁邊有 Starbucks，周圍也有許多餐廳，生活機能相當方便。

線上預辦入住的流程簡單順暢，節省不少時間。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪非常舒適，睡眠品質很好。飯店工作人員都很親切友善，讓人留下良好印象。

公共空間提供咖啡、茶及飲水，旅客可以自行取用，是很貼心的安排。

對於需要經常搭乘火車、安排瑞士各地一日遊的旅客來說，這裡是相當理想的住宿地點。

Cons:

房間內沒有冰箱、熱水壺及室內拖鞋，設備相對簡單。雖然公共空間有提供飲品，但如果習慣在房內泡茶或喝熱水，還是稍微不方便。

另外，窗簾的遮光效果不夠理想，早晨會有較多自然光透入。建議對光線敏感、習慣在全暗環境下睡覺的旅客自行攜帶眼罩。

整體而言，這些都是比較小的缺點，不影響我對飯店交通位置、整潔度、床鋪舒適度及服務品質的良好印象。

Pros:

A localização é perfeita, em frente à estação de ônibus e ao lado da estação de trem. Próximo tem entradas ao metrô também e vários restaurantes e mercado. Tem um museu próximo. Há máquinas de café disponíveis de graça no corredor do hotel. Café da manhã bom.

Cons:

Preço demasiado caro para o que oferecem. Quarto minúsculo, duas pessoas não conseguem abrir as malas ao mesmo tempo. Boa do banheiro vaza água pelas laterais e molha todo o banheiro. TV não é Smart.

スタッフが悪い
Pros:

ロケーションが良かった。

Cons:

窓口受付の女性スタッフの対応が良くない。
チェックインの順番を飛ばされて長く待たされた。後から来た客を優先されて気分が悪かった。
私の方が先に待っていたのにどうして対応してくれないのかと聞いても、「後から来た客の対応中だから待て」というだけ。不満でした。
スタッフの対応の悪さほどではないが5階の部屋は傾いてるので少し居心地が悪かった。
