Great location and serviceable room.
Pros:

Had air conditioning, personal safe and room refrigerator. Also glad they had Starbucks and McDonalds outside the lobby. The main train and bus station is across the street.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location.

Cons:

Dirty, dingy rooms, nonchalant staff, AC that couldn’t keep the room cool, poor service, and insects crawling in the bed. Must I go on?

最高です！素敵な思い出をありがとうございました。
Pros:

・アクセスの良さ。ルツェルン駅徒歩1分です。
・スイスでは珍しく、冷房が付いています。8月は午後が暑かったので、大変助かりました。
・到着が11時頃でしたが、チェックインの時間まで荷物を預かってくれました。
・お祝い用のプランがあり、部屋を可愛くデコレーションしてくれました。Booking.com上のチャットで相談ができます。
・洗面所が広く、バスタブが清潔です。

Cons:

・強いて言えば、部屋の電気を全てつけても若干暗く感じました。メイクは明るい洗面所でしたので、問題ありませんでした。

Large but friendly and comfy centrally located hotel with luxurious rooms.
Pros:

Fabulous hotel in the centre of the city. Supermarket next door was useful! Rooms were large and well furnished and stocked - great coffee machine! Large comfy beds, tablet room/TV control and sending of digital postcards! Would stay here again.

Nothing - everything was great!

A great central hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Great location, quad room was big, beds were very comfy, quiet at night.

Cons:

For the price you pay for this hotel would say bathroom is a bit dated and shower not great with temperature.

An alarm went off at 0215 and kept going off an on until around 0315. We were awoken and went into the lobby with no direction or insight on what was going on. Only to find out it was an issue with the “club next door”. There was no apology or anything. It dedicated our day and plans.

Room was comfortable.
I’ll choose another hotel next time.
