Pros:

For an overnight stay, this is a great location, right next to the train station and just across from the bridge to the Old Town.

Cons:

Comfortable bed, but the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable.

perfect location, nice room.

Cons:

We were on floor 5 and maybe it is because we stayed on Friday and Saturday nights, but we heard the dance music while we were trying to sleep, we think till around midnight. It seemed to be coming from the rooftop lounge.

Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel as it surely is not a 4-Star Hotel.
Pros:

If close proximity to the Lucerne Train Station is important that is about the only positive aspect of this hotel. I would not call it a 4-Star Hotel on any measure.

Cons:

The overall hotel is run down and not clean. The carpeting was so bad in the rooms we didn't want to take off our shoes. Paid $60 CHF for a breakfast buffet that had cold eggs and pancakes and totally not worth the money spent.

Enttäuschend, für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet.
Pros:

Wenig hat mir gefallen.

Cons:

Garage im Hof war nicht vorhanden, obwohl vorher gebucht. Mitarbeiterin an Rezeption hat weder auf deutsch noch auf englisch kommunizieren können und legte einfach auf, als ich anrief.

Excepcional ubicación frente a la estación de trenes.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación. Fue salir de la estación de trenes y me topé con el hotel.

Cons:

Estaban arreglando la fachada histprorica del hotel por lo que no pude apreciar el edificio.
Sin dudas es para mejorarlo y próximos pasajeros lo puedan disfrutar
