An excellent stay in a well appointed and very friendly hotel
Pros:

All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located for all amenities with a free local bus service to all main cable cars. The room was well appointed and very clean with daily room cleaning. Breakfast provided a great start to the day with a wide range of cold buffet or freshly cooked items. A very pleasant and comfortable stay!

Everything was great
Pros:

The staff Mr Teddy was very supportive and welcoming and attended to us. I highly recommend him for a bonus and promotion. He managed the entire hotel on his own!

Cons:

Parking fee was very high. Should be included in the room.

Otelin konumu ve çevresi çok güzel. Family roomda kaldım oda gerçekten geniş fakat biraz eski içi.

Bu kısım Türk dostlarım için yazıyorum. Avusturyalı bir arkadaşımla tesise gittim. O kendi hesabından yer ayırttı, ben ken kendi hesabımdan. Arkadaşım gayet güzel check in işlemini yaptı ve girdi fakat sıra bana 3 günlük konaklamam için oda ücretinin tamamını ödemiş olmama rağmen benden 300frank garanti parası adı altında bir para istediler. Bunun ne olduğunuu sorduğumda sadece garanti için dediler mesela aracımızı otoparka bırakırsak falan diye saçma bir yanıt verdiler. Bu arada 3 günlük otopark ücreti bile 60sterlin tutuyor. Böyle bir ücreti Avusturyalı arkadaşımdan talep bile etmediler. Diyeceklerim bu kadar. Türkiye'den geliyorsanız gitmeyin bu otele, belliki istemiyorlar, etrafında güzel bir sürü otel onlara bakın.Bu yaşanan olayın başka bir açıklaması ypk.

Je reviendrai volontiers. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.
Pros:

accueil sympathique
chambre familiale très pratique ( portes qui se ferment entre deux )
très spacieuse, plus table et chaises, machine à café et bouilloire
la piscine dans laquelle on peut facilement faire quelques longueurs, très
agréable, eau à bonne température, lieu calme.

Cons:

la moquette dans les chambres
le parking sous-terrain impossible à utiliser si vous
ne pouvez occuper la place du milieu ( notre cas ) car les autres places à droite et gauche sont impossibles à utiliser à moins d'avoir une toute petite voiture: On touche les poteaux.
Nous avons dû ressortir et se parquer dans la rue.

Dieser Aufenthalt entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen eine 4 Sterne Hotels.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels, sowie die Lage des Zimmers verbunden mit der Aussicht auf die Berge.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns das Bad, das unserer Meinung nach, für ein 4 Sterne Haus, saniert werden muss. Zudem bemängelte ich die Sauberkeit der Schrankfächer, sowie des Bodens im Zimmer. Leider wurde darauf nicht reagiert.
