Avons payé 3'100 chf pour 4 nuits, un peu cher, mais on reviendra (c'était notre 2ème visite).
Pros:

L'ensemble du personnel est très agréable. Le matelas était top, les possibilités de rangement impeccables, on avait une petite suite. La nourriture bonne, surtout le petit déjeuner, il manque un peu le bio !

Cons:

En été un peu chaud sous le toit. Le garage un peu cher, mais bon. En utilisant le même garage sans l'intervention de l'hôtel la journée coûte moins cher.

Our favourite hotel in the alps.
Pros:

Luxurious hotel and spa. 2 pools, 7 steam rooms and saunas, all mixed sex with a separate ladies sauna area. Excellent food. Easy access to mountain walks in summer and skiing in winter.

Cons:

Didn’t like that we couldn’t stay longer

A relaxing wellness weekend
Pros:

We had a wonderful weekend at the Ermitage and honestly can't wait to come back. The staff really made the difference — always around when you need something, never intrusive, and clearly happy to help. The hotel is much bigger inside than it looks, with lovely spacious areas: a great restaurant, a beautiful spa, a terrace, a bar, and even a properly equipped gym, which is rare. Everything is spotless and you can feel the attention to detail everywhere.
Gstaad has become our yearly summer weekend tradition, and this is one of the best places to stay. The village is just 10 minutes away by train, or you can simply hike straight from the hotel and relax. Highly recommend.

Fully recommended with great value vs. money equitation
Pros:

Every detail in the Spa was well thought about. The hotel is beautiful and well placed. The hotel js luxurious but with very comfortable and easy going ambiance.

Cons:

The service was not always on the top which you would expect from this type of hotels.
