A relaxing wellness weekend
Pros:

We had a wonderful weekend at the Ermitage and honestly can't wait to come back. The staff really made the difference — always around when you need something, never intrusive, and clearly happy to help. The hotel is much bigger inside than it looks, with lovely spacious areas: a great restaurant, a beautiful spa, a terrace, a bar, and even a properly equipped gym, which is rare. Everything is spotless and you can feel the attention to detail everywhere.
Gstaad has become our yearly summer weekend tradition, and this is one of the best places to stay. The village is just 10 minutes away by train, or you can simply hike straight from the hotel and relax. Highly recommend.

Fully recommended with great value vs. money equitation
Pros:

Every detail in the Spa was well thought about. The hotel is beautiful and well placed. The hotel js luxurious but with very comfortable and easy going ambiance.

Cons:

The service was not always on the top which you would expect from this type of hotels.

Pros:

Personnel aux petits soins, parlant parfaitement le français. J'ai été up-gradée quelle bonne surprise pour mon 2ème séjour. Très bon restaurant avec menus a choix chaque soir, sans parler des buffets salades et fromages.
Les activités de randonnée, yoga, aqua-gym sont incluses dans la réservation.
Un 5 étoiles de qualité dans un Oberland Bernois toujours aussi paradisiaque. Je reviendrai à nouveau sans hésiter et je m'en rejouis déjà.

Pros:

Very nice place on the mountain with amazing Mountain View. The salt swimming pool was really nice experience. The staff was very kindly . Cleanings was good , but in the room the temperature was very high was impossible to sleep 🥵
And was full of flies in the lobby and the restaurant, and really it’s not nice during the dinner to catch the flies .
