Splendid location
Not family friendly - 50 CHF per night for a baby bed is outrageous. Never happened to us before - personal was ok but we understood that the hotel is more adapted / targeted for adults - should be clear it’s an adult only hotel.
This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. Unfortunately, the property did not meet our expectations at all, and the photos on Booking.com do not accurately reflect the current condition of the apartment.
The location is extremely difficult to access by car. The road leading to the property is very narrow and steep, making the drive stressful and inconvenient, especially for families.
The apartment was very old and extremely dirty. Although it had apparently been cleaned before our arrival, the standard of cleaning was unacceptable. It was so dirty that I had to buy disinfectant myself and disinfect the apartment before my family could comfortably use it. The overall condition was also much older and more worn than what we expected from the photos.
The breakfast was very disappointing, with extremely limited choices and very little variety.
The staff’s attitude and customer service were another major disappointment. I did not feel that our requests were handled in a welcoming or professional manner. There was no washing machine in the apartment, and when I requested an iron, my request was refused.
There was also no air conditioning, and the apartment became extremely hot and uncomfortable. This made our stay particularly unpleasant.
Overall, I would not recommend this property, especially for families.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier nicht. Einerseits ist die Zimmerausstattung den Preis nicht wert, andererseits erwarte ich beim Frühstück eine Anweisung. Wir wurden mehr oder weniger sitzen gelassen, ohne Hinweis auf das Angebot aus der Küche.
I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel and can highly recommend it. From the warm welcome to the moment I checked out, everything was simply perfect.
The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The peaceful atmosphere and lovely surroundings made the experience even more enjoyable.
You can truly see the care and dedication that goes into providing such excellent service. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so memorable.
