Rude personnel..bad Rooms ..safety is not provided..somebody entered in my room in the morning while I was sleeping..

Pictures of the hotel are photoshopped/beautified to the point that I felt scammed when I entered our room. Expectation vs reality effect was tremendous. This hotel is very very old, rooms are very small and “tired”. One day there was no hot water. No a/c and it gets very hot to sleep, especially on the second floor of our room.

Como es todo de madera se escuchan los pasos de las personas que están en la habitación de arriba.
Localização excelente. Fica a 9 min andando da estação west. Embora a ost seja a principal, eu acho melhor ficar na west que é bem mais tranquila e toda hora tem um trem ou ônibus que deixa na ost em poucos minutos. Eu fui caminhando algumas vezes. Sobre o hotel o café da manhã muito bom, funcionários gentis e cordiais .
Nada que desabone mas senti falta de um ar condicionado mas o ventilador resolveu bem. Embora a recepção ofereça a opção de colocar alimentos p gelar , na Suíça eu senti falta de frigobar nos hotéis pq a alimentação lá é cara e poder guardar bebidas e comidas adquiridas nos mercados seria muito importante .

Very noisy room, I could even hear the snorting of neighbor and what they talk even when wasn't loud.
I could hear sound of people from the street even when the windows completely closed.
I though, I already paid in full but when arrived, they ask for city tax which wasn't include in the payment online.
The hotel price was very expensive and I was expect higher quality as I already booked hotels in Switzerland with similar quality and cheaper price, even they have been cheaper accommodations but I select this as it has a better ranking but didn't meet my expectation compare to the price.
In neighbor there have been bars and I saw several drunk people at night which make area unsafe at night.

On avait pas d'eau chaude pour prendre une douche le matin, pas de climatisation et il fesait très chaud dans la chambre
