The bathtub, I'm a tall person and the tub was pretty small which made it really complex to manage. Finally, there is no dinner option in the chalet so I needed to plan that a bit aside. I was not very lucky since there is a construction going on just along the mountain view

Das Haus hat schon bessere Tage gesehen. Einrichtung veraltet und stark benutzt. Wir sind Schweizer. Leider konnte die Frau an der Reception nicht mal Deutsch.

交通量が夜中や早朝でもあり、夏は窓を開けて就寝したいが、閉めないとうるさくて寝付けられない。閉めると暑さで夜中に目覚める。耳栓はホテル側が用意してくれているが、大きさが合わず役に立たず。床は若干斜めで壁も薄い。音に敏感な人には不向き。トイレのドアが締まらず、用を足すとき気まずい。チューリッヒの三ツ星ホテルと比べたら1つ星ホテルという印象

No tiene aire acondicionado, solo ventilador. El desayuno es limitado.

No elevator; very very small rooms for 600 a night, no proper coffee nothing; other than the location( not the views just the proximity to bus stop) it was pretty bad

We arrived at the hotel around 11:30 AM on Friday and asked whether an early check-in was possible, even if we had to pay an additional fee. Unfortunately, our room was not yet available. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the lobby while we went out for the day.

We returned to the hotel at approximately 10:15 PM to check in. However, there was no one at the front desk, and since we had not yet completed the check-in process, we did not have a room key. I called the emergency phone number posted on the front door using my wife Geeta Basnet's phone because my own phone battery was dead. Unfortunately, no one answered despite multiple attempts.

We waited for quite some time, but by nearly 11:30 PM, we had no choice but to find another place to stay. We booked a room at the nearby Hotel Beau Site and paid $392.03 for that night's accommodation.

Since we were unable to access or use our reserved room at Hotel Chalet Swiss for that night, I respectfully request a full refund for one night's stay from my reservation.

I would also like to mention that the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during the remainder of our stay, especially Ms. Camala. Because the hotel does not have air conditioning and our original room was very warm, she kindly arranged a different room that was noticeably cooler. We sincerely appreciated her excellent customer service.

Cleanliness for 2nd and 3rd day

Too expensive for what was basically a basic premier in. Paid for a Mountain View that was obstructed by a building site.

Sehr altes Gebäude ohne westliche neuere Modernisierung und mit schlechter Geräusch- und Wärmedämmung, Das Zimmer war dadurch bei den hohen Außentemperaturen sehr warm. Bei geöffnetem Fenster war ständiger Verkehrslärm von der direkt vorbeiführenden Straße ab ca. 5:30 sehr laut.
Im Zimmer war ein mobiler Luftentfeuchter wohl als Attrappe eines Klimageräts der extrem nach Desinfektionsmittel stank und dieses erst einmal auch noch im Zimmer verteilte als wir ankamen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage
Das Personal an der Rezeption war zwar recht freundlich sprach aber überwiegend nur Englisch.
Die Bilder in Booking sind stark geschönt und entsprechen nicht der Wirklichkeit. Andererseits hätte die historische Bausubstanz des Holzhauses eine Renovierung und Modernisierung verdient.
