Lieu de montagne exceptionnel en Europe en général et dans les Alpes en particulier.
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel de réception, le calme, l'authenticité du bâtit et la facilité pour se garer.

Cons:

L'ascenseur avec une cage en verre.... J'ai une pathologie liée au vertige, mais cela n'est pas de votre faute.

Overall fabulous, it serve its purpose
Pros:

Location is excellent - 10 min walk from Interlaken West station; the breakfast is a small high-quality buffet, staff is lovely always reply to your queries at any time

Cons:

The bathtub, I'm a tall person and the tub was pretty small which made it really complex to manage. Finally, there is no dinner option in the chalet so I needed to plan that a bit aside. I was not very lucky since there is a construction going on just along the mountain view

Buona base per Interlaken e Oberland Bernese in una zona tranquilla e con una vista panoramica stupe
Pros:

Bellissimo chalet in tipico stile svizzero con vista sull'imponente massiccio dello Jungfrau. Posizione non centralissima, ma a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Interlaken West e dall'imbarco per il battello per il lago di Thun (consigliata la crociera serale). Personale gentile, buona colazione continentale in tipica sala da pranzo. Camera con vista sullo Jungfrau (wow!), pulita, dotata di ventilatore a soffitto e deumidificatore (buona ed efficace alternativa all'aria condizionata)

Cons:

Letto a mio parere non troppo comodo, pochissime prese di corrente in camera. Prezzo piuttosto alto

Für eine Übernachtung waren wir zufrieden. Eine Toplage, jedoch ein etwas heruntergekommenes Hotel.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach. Alles auf engem Raum. Die Kaffeemaschine war gleich neben der Reception.

Cons:

Das Haus hat schon bessere Tage gesehen. Einrichtung veraltet und stark benutzt. Wir sind Schweizer. Leider konnte die Frau an der Reception nicht mal Deutsch.

The location is great. Near the train station, bars, laundromat and bus stop that take you to the lake nearby. Breakfast was delicious. Nice selection buffet style

Cons:

The beds could be more comfy. Slept well regardless

交通量が夜中や早朝でもあり、夏は窓を開けて就寝したいが、閉めないとうるさくて寝付けられない。閉めると暑さで夜中に目覚める。耳栓はホテル側が用意してくれているが、大きさが合わず役に立たず。床は若干斜めで壁も薄い。音に敏感な人には不向き。トイレのドアが締まらず、用を足すとき気まずい。チューリッヒの三ツ星ホテルと比べたら1つ星ホテルという印象

Very very overpriced, worst experience.

Cons:

No elevator; very very small rooms for 600 a night, no proper coffee nothing; other than the location( not the views just the proximity to bus stop) it was pretty bad

We arrived at the hotel around 11:30 AM on Friday and asked whether an early check-in was possible, even if we had to pay an additional fee. Unfortunately, our room was not yet available. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the lobby while we went out for the day.

We returned to the hotel at approximately 10:15 PM to check in. However, there was no one at the front desk, and since we had not yet completed the check-in process, we did not have a room key. I called the emergency phone number posted on the front door using my wife Geeta Basnet's phone because my own phone battery was dead. Unfortunately, no one answered despite multiple attempts.

We waited for quite some time, but by nearly 11:30 PM, we had no choice but to find another place to stay. We booked a room at the nearby Hotel Beau Site and paid $392.03 for that night's accommodation.

Since we were unable to access or use our reserved room at Hotel Chalet Swiss for that night, I respectfully request a full refund for one night's stay from my reservation.

I would also like to mention that the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during the remainder of our stay, especially Ms. Camala. Because the hotel does not have air conditioning and our original room was very warm, she kindly arranged a different room that was noticeably cooler. We sincerely appreciated her excellent customer service.
