Propreté très douteuse de toute la chambre
Chambre non faite alors qu’on était dehors de 8h à 20h, pas de savon ni gel douche ni papier hygiénique il fallait les demander
Literie inconfortable

Les couettes avec des taches jaunes de je ne sais quoi
Insecte retrouvé dans la chambre
Pas de climatisation alors qu’il faisait très chaud
Le pire hôtel dans lequel j’ai jamais dormi alors que le prix est quand même élevé
Pourquoi je donne un 5 et non pas un 0? Parce que le personnel est quand même très réactif aux remarques et a envie de bien faire ce qui compense un peu

Pros:

Clean and in a great location, but definitely more of a hostel-style experience than a hotel. The rooms were very basic with the bare minimum amenities and no A/C, which made it a little uncomfortable at times. The pictures online felt a bit misleading compared to the actual experience. That said, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to stay in Interlaken, it works fine for sleeping and exploring the area. It’s also located in what felt like a little Chinatown area with lots of Asian restaurants and shops nearby.

Pros:

Location and friendly welcome.

Cons:

The bottom sheet had multiple holes and was made from a very synthetic fabric which was unpleasant in the heat. (Ble colour.) Also floor was sticky to walk on. The jug had a sediment stuck on the bottom which made the hot water taste foul.

Convenient Location, Disappointing Overall Experience!

The only positive aspect was the proximity to Interlaken West SBB railway station, which made commuting convenient.

Cons:

The overall experience was disappointing and not aligned with the price point. The staff’s attitude was below expectations, with no basic courtesy such as greetings or engagement.
Room condition and cleanliness were poor. The flooring appeared outdated and not well maintained, and overall hygiene standards were not satisfactory. The bedding quality was substandard, particularly the pillows, which were extremely uncomfortable, and the beds themselves were unstable and felt as if they were sliding on the floor.
We requested a room change, but were informed that the hotel was fully occupied, leaving no alternative.
We stayed for three nights (1 May to 4 May 2026), paying approximately CHF 280–300 per night. At this rate, the experience was not justified and fell significantly short of reasonable expectations.

Aber dass ,das Personal nicht mal Deutsch kann ist schon sehr traurig. Matratzen waren sehr hart. Unterkunft war nur auf das nötigste eingerichtet. Niemals drei Sterne wert!
