Pros:

Location is great. Rooms need updating and bathroom. Small fridge would help enjoy stay in hot weather.

Cons:

Age and dated decor. All hotels in Interlarken were expensive so Toscanna helped a little.

This hotel has a good location, but the dark halls and unpleasant exterior is not a hotel I’ll stay at again. The price
Pros:

I liked the location, but the back of the property was terrible. It was not a good value at all! My friend booked it for us and it should be a 2 star hotel.
I did like the remodeling done, though.

Cons:

The smell from the restaurant was strong and not pleasant when it seeped up to the room. The towels were thin and scratchy, and the soap had a smell of after shave.
I feel there should be facial/ hand soap, shower gel with shampoo and conditioner separate. No one soap can do it all.
I will never stay at a three star hotel again.
We did appreciate the help from staff, especially Diane. And we used the laundry facilities which came in handy.
The rooms were cleaned well.

Chambre non faite alors qu’on était dehors de 8h à 20h, pas de savon ni gel douche ni papier hygiénique il fallait les demander

Insecte retrouvé dans la chambre
Pas de climatisation alors qu’il faisait très chaud
Le pire hôtel dans lequel j’ai jamais dormi alors que le prix est quand même élevé
Pourquoi je donne un 5 et non pas un 0? Parce que le personnel est quand même très réactif aux remarques et a envie de bien faire ce qui compense un peu

Pros:

Clean and in a great location, but definitely more of a hostel-style experience than a hotel. The rooms were very basic with the bare minimum amenities and no A/C, which made it a little uncomfortable at times. The pictures online felt a bit misleading compared to the actual experience. That said, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to stay in Interlaken, it works fine for sleeping and exploring the area. It’s also located in what felt like a little Chinatown area with lots of Asian restaurants and shops nearby.

Pros:

Location and friendly welcome.

Cons:

The bottom sheet had multiple holes and was made from a very synthetic fabric which was unpleasant in the heat. (Ble colour.) Also floor was sticky to walk on. The jug had a sediment stuck on the bottom which made the hot water taste foul.
