Pros:

De kamer! Best ruim voor 4 personen en lekker zitje buiten. Ook lekkere toblerone op bed. We sliepen er 2 nachten en ik had niet verwacht dat ze tussendoor nog kwamen schoonmaken of nieuwe handdoeken. Wel dus!

Cons:

Eigenlijk niks! Zelfs via berichten contact gehad met host. Ik zou zo weer boeken!

Pros:

Cleanliness and location. Just a 10 min
walk from Interlaken West station. The staffs were very nice! The property owner was very responsive to all my inquiries. They are Very nice, warm and very accommodating.

Cons:

The staircase going up to the room and the hallway bathroom. Accdg. to the property owner, they are going to have some renovations in the property removing the staircase and replacing with elevator, so not really a biggie.

Hotel aconchegante em um lugar paradisíaco
Pros:

É um hotel pequeno, muito bem localizado . Quarto confortável, tinha uma varanda para um lindo jardim. Não há funcionários não recepção mas isso não foi um problema pois tem toda uma infraestrutura para o hóspede se virar sozinho. Café da manhã bom.

Gostei de tudo, o café da manhã poderia ter mais opções

Do check-in e check-out automático e 24h, muito prático e seguro. Tem uma máquina na porta para isso.
Ótima localização.
Tudo Super limpo.
Roupa de cama impecável.
Tinha cápsulas de cafe, chá, e taças no guardo.
Atendentes simpáticas e cordiais.
Cafe da manha muito bom.
Emprestou guarda chuva pra nós.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was comfortable, clean. The hotel also has a lovely private garden, which was a great place to relax. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection to start the day. We would gladly stay here again.

Hotel nieskazitelnie czysty, klimatyzowane pokoje z przyjemnym zapachem. Wygodne łóżka. W pokoju hotelowym jest wszystko, czego potrzeba: ekspress do kawy, czajnik, lodówka, suszarka, żel pod prysznic. Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny gospodarz, ktory przechował nasze rzeczy przez cały dzień (podróżowaliśmy motocyklem) a także pomógł zarezerwować nocleg w innym hotelu następnego dnia, ponieważ nie było możliwości przedłużenia pobytu. Dziękujemy!

Central location
Pros:

Excellent location and great value for the price. The bed was comfortable, and the room had air conditioning, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus.
The self-check-in process was manageable, although we personally prefer the traditional check-in experience.

The hotel is in a central location with plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options. It's also right next to the Thai London Spa, where we enjoyed a relaxing massage after a long day of hiking and adventure. Overall, it's a convenient and comfortable place to stay, especially if you want to be close to everything

Cons:

.One downside is that there is no elevator, which made carrying our large luggage upstairs a bit challenging. Parking is also limited, but the staff were very helpful every time we called and guided us on where to park our car.
