Nice and quiet hotel, close to downtown Interlaken
Pros:

Nice and quaint hotel in great location

Cons:

We were lucky to score a parking spot in the hotel’s own parking lot. But there were only a few spots available.
We didn’t have the app to pay for street parking so I’m not sure what we would have done hotel’s lot had fees full.
We chose this hotel with the filter “parking available”

Satisfaisant (conforme aux attentes) et recommandable.
Pros:

La chambre spacieuse, l’emplacement calme pourtant à proximité immédiate de la gare.

Cons:

Qualité du déjeuner (choix restreint), pain précuit fait à la minute et donc parfois manquant en fonction de l’heure d’arrivée.

Overall an ok stay - I would agree with the three star rating.
Pros:

The property was in a good location - very short walk to the train station and supermarket which was great! However, if I was staying in the area again, I would probably stay in Interlaken to reduce having to get one extra train for days out to Grindelwald etc.
The reception and breakfast staff were warm, welcoming and friendly.
The air con was also great in the bedroom!

Cons:

The bathroom was extremely small and outdated. You have to manoeuvre yourself around the door to be able to close it. Minimal storage space for cosmetics etc.
The room didn’t feel extremely clean - I kept finding dark long hairs in my sheets from previous customers. The cleaning of the rooms was also slow and frustrating. We returned to our room between 3-4pm on two seperate days and our room still hadn’t been cleaned, which is frustrating, as this is usually the time of day where you head back to relax before dinner.
We thought the breakfast selection could also have been a bit better - e.g a larger selection of fruits would have been nice, as these seem to get picked up first thing in the morning by other hotel diners.
