Ok for an overnight stay
Pros:

For an overnight stay, it was very convenient to the Interlaken West train station. It was clean and everything worked ok. Staff were pleasant although communications on day of arrival went unanswered.

Cons:

Did not feel it was great value for money. Room was pretty basic and overall was not at the standard we were expecting. .

Perfect location but the hotel itself had its flaws
Pros:

Great location. Nice and close to Interlaken west station and walkable to most areas.

Cons:

The walls are paper thin and I could hear conversations in the room next to me despite them talking at a normal volume. I had to sleep with ear plugs in one night as the man snoring next door was coming through the wall and felt like it was in my room.

Property and location was good but the fact they changed us extra was unethical and we should be refunded back for that.

Cons:

At the time of checking in, even though we paid for the room which includes a double bed and a sofa bed, they made us pay for kid separately on top of the booking process. Obviously we selected the room which includes sofa come bed for the kid and paid extra for this room already in comparison to other hotel rooms but they still made us pay more on the top.
