あたたかい雰囲気のホテル
Pros:

12時頃に到着したのに、フロントの方が部屋のお掃除がおわっているかわざわざ確認に行って下さり、チェックインさせてもらうことができました。
部屋には予約にはなかったバルコニーもついており、持ち込んだランチをそのバルコニーに食べることができました。
駅から近いのに大通りから少し離れていることで、騒々しくなく景色も素敵でした。

Cons:

予約時には電子レンジがあると書かれていましたが、実際にはありませんでした。部屋に湯沸かしポットはありませんが、フロント横でお湯をもらうことができます。

Pros:

飯店距離因特拉肯西站步行約 5 分鐘，交通便利，卻巧妙地避開了鬧市的喧囂。短短幾分鐘，就能從熱鬧的街道走進寧靜的住宅區。街上偶爾可見騎著滑步車的孩子，或是悠閒遛狗的在地居民，恬靜的日常讓人不自覺放慢腳步，非常喜歡這樣鬧中取靜的住宿環境。
房間有空調，很舒適。
早餐可頌很好吃。

Disappointed. Not a value for money
Pros:

Small rooms, ineffective Air conditioning. Very disappointing stay. The rooms are much smaller than shown in the photos and the lack of proper air conditioning made the stay extremely uncomfortable, especially during the summer heat. The staff showed little concern in resolving issues and were not very helpful when assistance was needed.

Basic amenities that are commonly expected in a hotel, such as an amenity kit, bathroom slippers and bathrobes, were not provided. Overall, the hotel does not match the expectations created by its online listing.

I would strongly advise families to avoid this hotel, particularly during peak summer. What should be a comfortable and enjoyable stay can quickly become a frustrating and uncomfortable experience.

Location is good

Cons:

The room with such a price didn't have an air-conditioning system even though the super deluxe room (renovated) was booked. It was too hot and smelly. No intercom was there in the rooms. In breakfast fermented ( expired) milk was given. No water providing system in the hotel. Totally Not recommended as per the Price.

Lovely Interlaken

We liked everything about our stay: the quick check in, the courteous staff, the immaculously clean standard room (we appreciate the
upgrade)with a strong AC at 34 degrees in the shade, the parking, the location, the view, you name it! Would definitely stay again!

Ovet paukkuivat pitkin iltaa/yötä, kun niitä suljettiin. Levottomia öitä.
Huoneessa vähänlaisesti säilytustilaa pidempää viipymistä ajatellen.
Aamiainen vähän "ujo", nälkä lähti juuri ja juuri.
Osa henkilökunnasta keskittyi enemmän tietokoneen tuijottamiseen kuin asiakaspalveluun.
