Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch, herrlicher Blick auf den See, ruhig.
Gute Ausstattung des Zimmers, bequeme Matratze, viele Getränke zur Auswahl in der Minibar, täglich wurde uns eine grosse Flasche Mineralwasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Hochwertige Speisen in den Restaurants. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption

Cons:

Im Service im besonders im Rooftop Restaurant noch viel Luft nach oben. Dort mussten wir sehr lange Wartezeiten für die Speisekarte, Getränke und das Essen an sich auf uns nehmen.
Beim Frühstücksbüffet fehlte dem Personal zeitweise völlig der Überblick: leere Platten (Käse, Aufschnitt), leere Flaschen bei den Getränken und zeitweise nur 2 Sorten Brot (‚dunkles ist noch im Ofen‘) sind nicht 4-Sterne-Niveau.
Völlig überzogener Preis für einen Parkplatz in der engen, kleinen Tiefgarage des Hotels (10 Plätze), enge, kurvige Zufahrt.
Reinigungspersonal nimmt den Nachhaltigkeitsanspruch des Hotels nicht ernst: bei 3 Nächten wurden uns jeweils sämtliche Hand- und Duschtücher und nicht nur die in der Badewanne deponierten ausgetauscht

Hotel mit Blick auf den See
Pros:

Sehr gute Lagemit Blick auf den See und nahe zum Zentrum. Sehr leise gut kühlende Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Qualitativ wenig ansprechendes Frühstück.
Im Zimmer (ebenerdig; mit Balkon Richtung See) : Jeden Abend Gestank aus der Lüftungsleiste der Klimaanlage im Boden, wie aus einem Kanal. Rezeptionist konnte nach Beschwerde mit einem "Deo-Spray" Abhilfe schaffen, aber der künstliche Deo-Duft danach war auch nicht fein ... unsere Alternative war "lüften".

unser Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit Terrasse und Seeblick war sehr schön und sehr geräumig, empfehlenswert :)

Cons:

schade hatte es auf der grossen Terrasse neben 2 Stühlen + Tisch nur 2 unbequeme „Sessel“ anstelle von richtigen Sonnenliegen

Wir würden es sofort weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage war ideal. Man ist schnell in der Altstadt. Alles gut erreichbar. Gratis die Verkehrsbetriebe benutzen vom Tourismusbüro geboten, finde ich super.

Cons:

Das Frühstück sollte in diesem Zimmerpreis inbegriffen sein.
