Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seesicht und Balkon. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und die Aussicht war wunderschön. Das Frühstücksbuffet lies keine Wünsche offen. Wie waren mit ÖV unterwegs und das Hotel war einfach zu erreichen.
Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Ich kann keine Verbesserungsvorschläge nennen.

Das es keinen Balkon hatte und man nur aufs Zimmer oder ins Restaurant, Bar konnte

Location is very good
We had booked a lake view room. We were told by the reception desk that we were upgraded to a suite with lake view. However, the suite was on the first floor where the facade of the building was blocking the view of the lake and we only could see the lake partially and most of our view was the dirty facade of the building!
Die Lage ist unbestritten wunderschön, so Nahe am See und trotzdem sehr zentral. Die Rooftop Bar gehört sicherlich zu einer der schönsten der Schweiz. Die Aussicht, das Ambiente und das Getränkeangebot sind einfach top.
Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut, die Möglichkeit so Nahe am See dieses zu geniessen ist wunderbar.
Die Preise in der Waves Bar werden gefühlt jedes Jahr teurer. Das Hotelgäste keine Priorität haben, für den Besuch im Waves finde ich nicht nachvollziehbar.
