The hotel is ideally situated and the views of the lake and its neighboring park is beautiful.
Pros:

My husband and I very much appreciated our stay at Hotel Beau Lac and have every intention to return for a weekend getaway in these coming months. The location and facilities of the hotel are wonderful, and we truly enjoyed the breakfast including its welcoming staff whilst at the terrace.

Cons:

However there was only 1 person at the concierge when checking in which delayed our time in the hotel by atleast 20 minutes. Also, there are only 2 lifts and for the amount of guests at weekends, this resulted in further wait time to & from the Sky bar or when accessing our room. Other guests experienced the same as ourselves.

Pros:

Super Lage, vor allem bei schönem Wetter direkt beim See. Auch Bademöglichkeiten in der Nähe vorhanden. Die Rooftop-Sushi Bar ist einzigartig. Die Deluxe Zimmer haben einen wunderbaren Ausblick. Diese sind wie in der Beschreibung korrekt erfasst bereits einige Jahre alt und Gebrauchsspuren (u.a. Storenkasten) erkennbar. Wir wussten dies aber und fanden das Zimmer sehr schön.

Cons:

Wir haben das Parkplatz-Thema unterschätzt. Ggf. könnte hier bei stark belasteten Wochenenden (Wenn z.B. wie in unserem Fall viele Parkplätze wegen eines Festes abgesperrt sind und das nahegelegene Parkhaus voll ist) darauf vorgängig hingewiesen werden.

Gelungenes Weekend
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage, großes Zimmer, freundlicher Check-in, riesiges Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Schlechter Service in der Rooftop Bar, Personal ist rumgestanden und hat nicht auf Zeichen reagiert. Das Gerüst vor den Fenstern mit Seesicht war sehr dreckig und versperrt die wunderbare Aussicht

Pros:

La chambre avec vue sur le lac, juste exceptionnelle, la propreté irréprochable et le confort font de ce (trop court) séjour un moment inoubliable. Le personnel est très chaleureux, notamment au restaurant où l'on est reçu on ne peut mieux. Le repas est excellent le soir tout comme le petit-déjeuner. Le grand plus pour nous qui voyageons avec un chien est l'accueil qui leur est réservé. On reviendra !

La vue sur le lac est belle

Cons:

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles en Suisse, jai trouvé le petit déjeuner trop classique, pas de produits frais ou fait maison. Les équipements dans la chambre étaient vieillots et les couloirs sentaient le renfermé

Très cher pour la prestation
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal. Au bord du lac, la vue est vraiment magnifique.

Cons:

L'énorme structure qui gâche la vue, cette dernière est magnifique debout, dès qu'on est assis au couché , on a vu sur la structure extérieure ou les fenêtres pourraient être des baies vitrées.
La tapisserie qui se décolle.
On s'est senti moins bien accueilli, car nous sommes passés par booking.

Not worth the money
Pros:

Location was spot on. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Gutless pillows. Staff not that friendly. Waited ages to be served in the bar. The design of the hotel is really bad. Paid for a lake view but the windows have huge bars across them so unless you stand right at the window you can't see anything and even if you do there are more bars outside the window!
