Nice and central
Pros:

Location is really convenient, right by the pedestrian-only zones, bike routes and churches (luckily I like hearing the church bells!). Very friendly personnel. Bed was comfy.

Pros:

Jolie vue sur le lac

Cons:

Pas de climatisation, ni de mini bar dans la chambre.
Sur le site web un parking gratuit devant l’hôtel était mentionné. En fait il y a très peu de places disponibles.
J’ai été au parking recommandé (Casino Parking): 40 FS la nuit !!!

Pros:

Localização na zona antiga da cidade. Funcionários super simpáticos, muitos falantes de português. Óptimo pequeno-almoço. Quarto espaçoso.

Cons:

Não ter ar condicionado nestes dias de muito calor. As ventoinhas disponibilizadas pelo staff ajudaram.

Très bon emplacement et chambre spacieuse.
Pros:

L'emplacement este le gros + de l'hôtel (proche de la gare et restaurants). La chambre était spacieuse avec une jolie vue sur la cathédrale. Calme.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation, juste un petit ventilateur très bruyant et un peu vieillot (voyage juin/juillet durant la canicule). Baignoire avec bords très hauts, dangereux et pas pratique (risque de chute. Pas de tapis anti-glisse). Personnel pas toujours le plus avenant (jamais de "Bonjour/Bonne journée" lors de l'entrée/sortie de l'hôtel).

Pros:

Le cachet historique du lieu, la gentillesse du personnel et le superbe petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Seul bémol : l’absence de clim, il a fait très chaud durant mon séjour et la nuit c’était très difficile.

Situation exceptionnelle
Pros:

Très bon accueil, j’ai pu avoir la carte payante mais remisée à 16CHF pour 24h dès le matin alors que l’enregistrement n’avait pas encore été fait. Les informations étaient très explicites et détaillées. L’emplacement en plein cœur de la vieille ville était très appréciable avec la possibilité de profiter au maximum de celle-ci du fait de la proximité. La chambre était spacieuse , les lits confortables. Le wifi est de très bonne qualité. La vue de la chambre magnifique.

Cons:

Un peu chaud dans la chambre en période de canicule.

Würde auf ein anderes Zimmer bestehen

Das Frühstück

Cons:

Meine Freundin (nicht Partnerin) und ich hatten ein Minizimmer mit einem Minibett. Man musste aufpassen dass man nicht hinaus viel. Wir hatten keinen ruhigen Schlaf. Schade .

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage!
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer unter dem Dach (4. Etage). Bei über 30 °C Aussenhitze war es auch in den beiden Zimmern sehr heiss! Die sehr kleinen Fenster ließen kaum frische Luft rein.
Beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es keine frische Milch, nur UP-Milch.
