Pros:

Great location, breakfast was good and staff where lovely.

Cons:

No air conditioning, (although they did provide an extra fan), the base of our bed was very stained and unpleasant.

Nous connaissons votre hôtel depuis longtemps pour y être déjà venus plusieurs fois (1968,2010,2012)
Pros:

Chambre très confortable avec vue superbe sur le lac. Diner en terrasse très agréable. Petit déjeuner très bon et personnel très gentil et très agréable

Cons:

Seul inconvénient : Pas de climatisation par ces grosses chaleurs....Nous en avons discuté avec la directrice de l'hôtel qui nous a donné des explications.
Ce serait bien de mettre des échelles plus confortables et accessibles pour se baigner dans le lac à chaque ponton.
L'eau était très bonne et bien rafraîchissante par cette chaleur !!

Keine Unterkunft für den Sommer
Pros:

Direkt am See gelegen. Innenstadt fußläufig nach 15 min am See entlang erreichbar. Gute Frühstückauswahl.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage, bei 38 Grad sehr unangenehm. Auch der Ventliator konnte nichts ausrichten. Unmittelbar an der Straße und an Bahngleisen gelegen. Ein Zug fährt mehrfach die Stunde. Geöffnetes Fenster über Nacht somit nicht möglich. Einrichtung stark veraltet. Im Sommer nicht empfehlbar.

Good Hotel, but No A/C and Loud Trains
Pros:

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms.

Cons:

This is ridiculous. A 4-star hotel in Switzerland doesn’t have air conditioning! They only provide useless fans. As the temperature was +34°C, we had to sleep with the windows open. There was a railway line right behind our room, and loud trains were passing by day and night. We couldn’t sleep at all during our stay—it was too hot, and the noise from the trains was unbearable.

Pros:

Chambre rdc climatisée donnant sur le parc, vue lac après refus de chambre sous comble, non climatisée et vue ville.
Petits dejeuners copieux, belle salle
Le quai des fleurs piétonnier a traverser en face de l'hotel pour baignade dans le lac
Parking gratuit (zone bleue) avec places faciles a trouver
Personnel professionnel au petit soin et discret

wij hebben het naar onze zin gehad; het personeel aan de receptie was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam
Pros:

prima en uitgebreid ontbijt. de lokatie heeft 2 gezichten. 1 naar de stad en 1 naar het meer. naar de stad was wel lawaaierig, maar naar het meer helemaal okee.

Cons:

de spoorlijn maakt aan de stad-zijde wel erg veel lawaai.

Gute Lage in einem Hotel aus der alten Zeit der Grand Hotels

Cons:

Lieg rückseitig direkt an der Bahnlinie (Pech war das die Schweizer Bundesbahn ihre Infrastruktur perfekt wartet und sogar Sonntag Abends die Gleise mit neuen Schottersteinen verfühlt!). Unbedingt Zimmer mit Seeblick buchen, dann ist es ruhig.

Excellent séjour !
Pros:

Une chambre spacieuse, avec balcon équipé de table et deux chaises, et une vue magnifique, face au lac et aux montagnes. Salle de bains entièrement rénovée et chambre refaite (peinture, sol). Très bon petit déjeuner. Très beau jardin, voir même un des plus beaux jardins du secteur, avec de nombreuses essences, palmiers, ginko biloba,... aménagé avec des fauteuils, transats bains de soleil dans différents endroits, et l'hôtel dispose de deux pontons sur le lac, qui ont permis de profiter de la baignade avec les fortes chaleurs. Très bon restaurant sur la terrasse toujours avec vue ! Le personnel est charmant, de bon conseil notamment pour le parking dans la rue et la proposition de macarons à la demie -journée ou journée.

Cons:

Les meubles de la chambre pourraient être plus qualitatifs, il sont un peu dépassés. C'est dommage, cela ne serait que mieux pour un 4*.
