Tout confort à 5 min de la gare
Pros:

A 2 pas de la gare d'un cote et du lac de l autre.
Le lit bébé était neuf avec une tres jolie couette et oreiller. C'est tres rare. D habitude il n'y a au mieux que le matela.
Système de check in automatique à l entree de la résidence tres pratique pour une entree totalement autonome.
Lumineux et calme.
Les échanges avec l hote sont réactif et fluide.
Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Cons:

Le four etait sensé faire micro ondes mais nous n'avons jamais trouvé comment le faire fonctionner en version micro ondes. Avec un enfant cela nous a vraiment manqué pour réchauffer les purées.

We stayed here with great pleasure, feeling as comfortable as in our own home.
Pros:

It was comfortable. All the equipment was new and of good quality. It was clean.

Cons:

We had a problem during check-in. There was no number we could contact online to report the problem. Only a Swiss landline number was available. By chance, we were able to resolve the issue by contacting the cleaning lady who happened to be there via her phone.

Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Schön. Modern. Gute Lage
Pros:

Schönes modernes Apartment in zentraler Lage aber doch 15-20 Fuß-min vom Zentrum entfernt.
Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht.
Ebenfalls das Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer.
Einfacher Check in.

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit das Auto kurz zu parken um ausladen zu können.
Die späte und spärliche Kommunikation mit dem Hotelpersonal.
Es kommt alles auf den letzten Drücker.
Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr sehr dunkel.
Der Tisch war schlecht oder gar nicht gereinigt und klebte

Lage, ruhiges Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Einchecken hat nicht gut geklappt. Wir standen eine halbe Stunde im Regen vor der Zür, bis ein anderer Gast und reinließ. Das Telefon wurde nicht beantwortet. Wir musste eine Reinigungskraft noch nach dem Türcode und das Wlanpasswort fragen. Sehr schlechte Kommunikation. Die Bilder waren schöner als das Zimmer. Bad alt.

Great location, spacious and clean.
Pros:

Central location, convenient to train station and local transit. Good restaurants and grocery nearby. Spacious apartment. Clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Cons:

Small thing: safe wouldn't open. It got fixed but not in time for it to be much use to us

Nice and neat 1 bedroom apartment, value for money
Pros:

Very convenient location, 5 minutes to Lausanne Gare and Metro Grancy station.
Super housekeeping. The apartment was very clean. Kitchen utensils were adequate. Lots of credit were given for the air-conditioning as Lausanne was getting quite hot these days.
There was an elevator so we did not have to climb stairs.
Quick response from staff through email/message.
Price was very reasonable and attractive.

Recommendations:
Since it was a contactless hotel, there was no front desk, the hotel was suggested to provide information at least 1 day before check in date such as the code to enter the building and the wifi name and password.
We need to call the hotel at the entrance in order to get the door code to enter the building to perform checkin procedure.
Also the lighting of the living room was quite dim, suggested to add a light above the dining table.

Location is great!

Cons:

The service - i mean, the customer care is pretty bad. We got no instruction on the checkin process neither did we get any codes to entry (the cards dont work) or wifi codes. Luckily, other guests helped out. And there was NO reply from customer care after sending multiple messages. The emergency number was of no help.

Geräumige Unterkunft in top Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage zwischen Altstadt und See. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Ausstattung an sich ausreichend. Bei Ankunft gab es bereits Wasser und Kaffee. Das war sehr cool!! Die Reinigungskraft hat täglich das Bad gereinigt und den Müll geleert.

Cons:

Das Bad war sehr klein und hatte kein Fenster. Daher konnten die Handtücher kaum trocknen. Toll war, dass es im Zimmer nicht heiß wurde. Allerdings war es dadurch auch tagsüber sehr dunkel, weshalb immer das Licht brennen musste.
