Cons:

-Pas de chausson dans la chambre pour aller au SPA, soit disant il faut demander à la réception des chaussons que j’imagine payant.
-Impossible d’avoir un fer à repasser dans la chambre.
-sur booking j’ai réservé une chambre doit je devait etre entre le 4ème et 5ème étage,.je me suis retrouvé au 2ème. Vue sur ventilation, et l’autre chambre la fenêtre ne fermait pas donc bruit permanent de la rivière.
-boîte de community vide, durant 2 jours.
-Hotel beaucoup trop onéreux pour la qualité du service

L’aimabilité de certaine personne à la réception clairement à revoir.
Encore un établissement qui se paye le luxe de dénigrer certain service rien que sur le fait qu’il soit placé dans un lieu touristique.
Je ne renouvelerai certainement pas mon expérience dans cet hotel.

המלון הכי טוב שהיינו בו בחופשות שלנו, צוות הקבלה, והבר מקסימים ושירותיים, ארוחת בוקר מעולה, חדר מדהים, ״קלאורדיה״ מהקבלה עזרה לנו מאוד לאורך השהייה ואפילו בהגעה נעימה למלון.

Magnifique hôtel superbe prestation personnel au top je recommande !
Pros:

Absolument tout, localisation hyper pratique, hôtel magnifique avec des prestations de grande qualité, un personne aux petits soins, tout est superbe, je recommande cet hôtel à 3000%. Le spa et espace piscine et jacuzzi est superbe. Le petit déjeuner tout est frais et bon le service est top. Nous n’avons pas pu tester le restaurant malheureusement mais un service en chambre avec des burgers délicieux. Les chambres sont ultra modernes confortables et tout domotique insonorisé et service de ménage superbe aussi. Milles mercis à toute l’équipe pour notre séjour nous reviendrons avec grande joie :)

Cons:

Wellness ist toll, schön und kompakt inkl. Naktbereich Whirlpool. Etwas gut einsehbar von Fenster und Terassen auf dieser Seite, wenn man sich nicht stört daran 😅
Finnische Sauna gut, jedoch Holzplanken recht heiss, kommt hier noch Wärme von unten? Denn auch die Steinplatten bis zur Tür sind feurig heiss und man verbrennt sich praktisch die Füsse bis zum Ausgang. Sonst schön.

Magnifique expérience de grande qualité.
Pros:

Très belle expérience. Hôtel très soigné avec une superbe décoration.
Chaque détail est soigné.
La chambre était magnifique et incroyablement fonctionnelle. Restaurant, SPA, petit déjeuner de très grande qualité. Personnel très pro. et sympathique

Cons:

Ne parlent pas du tout français qui reste une langue nationale. Mais ils se sont donné de la peine.
