Trotzdem top Aufenthalt und rundum zufrieden

Sehr toller Aufenthalt, freundlich und zuvorkommendes Personal. Kennen wir schon vom Tradition Julen. 😏

Cons:

Wellness ist toll, schön und kompakt inkl. Naktbereich Whirlpool. Etwas gut einsehbar von Fenster und Terassen auf dieser Seite, wenn man sich nicht stört daran 😅
Finnische Sauna gut, jedoch Holzplanken recht heiss, kommt hier noch Wärme von unten? Denn auch die Steinplatten bis zur Tür sind feurig heiss und man verbrennt sich praktisch die Füsse bis zum Ausgang. Sonst schön.

Magnifique expérience de grande qualité.
Pros:

Très belle expérience. Hôtel très soigné avec une superbe décoration.
Chaque détail est soigné.
La chambre était magnifique et incroyablement fonctionnelle. Restaurant, SPA, petit déjeuner de très grande qualité. Personnel très pro. et sympathique

Cons:

Ne parlent pas du tout français qui reste une langue nationale. Mais ils se sont donné de la peine.

Pros:

Grande. Personal muy amable siempre con una sonrisa. Limpio. Lugar acogedor. Desayuno extraordinario.

Cons:

Podían tener algún tipo de acuerdo comercial con algún aparcamiento de la ciudad de Täsch para que el parking no fuera tan caro. No prohibían el bañarse vestido en la piscina.

Superior in every way!
Pros:

We celebrated a birthday and several nights in Zermatt. The Hotel Alpenhof is an exceptional location to stay. Beautiful rooms, restaurant, bar, spa, etc. Beyond the walls - the staff is remarkable. They are aware and eager to make sure every aspect of your visit is perfect. I highly recommend.

Notes: We shared a family suite with porch views of the Matterhorn; ate breakfast each morning; enjoyed the sister restaurant at the Hotel Julien and the the cigar bar with Ali to cap off the birthday celebration.

Nadat ik de Matterhorn beklom was dit hotel voor mij erg fijn!

Ontbijt en dame bij receptie

Cons:

De kunst mag wat beter, ik kan hier in adviseren (mijn werk) waardoor het nog meer kracht bijzet aan het hele hotel! Het was erg aangenaam om bij jullie te verblijven.

Pros:

The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t get to try the breakfast because we had to leave early to go hiking but it looked very good. The hotel pick up from the train station was also nice.

Cons:

Our room had a beautiful view of the lake, but unfortunately, it was on a lower level right in front of the water and was quite loud.
I specifically booked a room with a balcony so I could relax and read in the afternoon, but the noise from the river made it difficult to enjoy, so we ended up not using the balcony.
The restaurant also closed fairly early for lunch, so after returning from our hike, we had to go elsewhere to find something to eat.

Séjour de rêve au sein de l’hôtel Alpenhof
Pros:

Quelle merveilleuse expérience ! Accueil parfait, chambre climatisée et superbement décorée. Des attentions qui transforment le séjour comme le tea time entre 16 et 17H, avec ses pâtisseries délicieuses. Un petit déjeuner parfait. Et un spa ainsi qu’une piscine superbes. L’emplacement au sein de Zermatt est idéal. Tout est réuni au sein de l’Alpenhof pour n’avoir qu’une envie, y revenir.

Don’t recommend this hotel
Cons:

We booked design junior suite and room, the suite located on 5th floor and No elevator access only stairs which made it difficult for mother to stay at, then we were moved to normal double room and refused to refund us.
The stuff are rude and I guess they don’t welcome people from GCC, we were given worse rooms with no view and at restaurants even window seats are available for breakfast they give us random seats. We went to use the pool which we were told it’s open at 7 AM and the lady who was there told us you are too early to swim and the time was 7:45 and nothing was working in the pool. The hotel far from city center. We came to enjoy time with family and they ruined it.
