Pros:

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et l’expérience a une nouvelle fois été excellente. Vue magnifique sur les Alpes suisses, chambre confortable et impeccable, et un personnel toujours accueillant et attentionné. C’est un réel plaisir de revenir dans un établissement qui maintient un niveau de qualité aussi élevé. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Le charme de l’histoire de l’hôtel, le calme, la terasse de la chambre.

Cons:

La salle de bain. On peut à peine y bouger. Le bidet est inutilisable puisqu’il est adossé à un mur. Rien n’y est pratique. Personnellement, le lit était trop mou.

Tive uma estadia absolutamente memorável neste hotel. A localização é simplesmente extraordinária, com uma vista deslumbrante sobre os Alpes Suíços que transforma cada momento numa experiência especial. Acordar com as montanhas cobertas de neve no horizonte foi um verdadeiro privilégio.
O hotel combina conforto, elegância e tranquilidade de forma exemplar. O quarto era espaçoso, impecavelmente limpo e muito acolhedor, permitindo desfrutar plenamente da paisagem através das amplas janelas. A equipa demonstrou sempre um elevado profissionalismo, simpatia e atenção aos detalhes, fazendo-nos sentir bem-vindos desde a chegada até à partida.
O pequeno-almoço era variado e de excelente qualidade, complementado por uma atmosfera serena e relaxante.
Sem dúvida, uma experiência de cinco estrelas que recomendo a quem procura o melhor da hospitalidade suíça com uma vista inesquecível sobre os Alpes. Voltarei com muito gosto. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre. Inacceptable pour le prix de 350 euros la nuit.

Le cadre et l'endroit étaient parfaitement situés.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre, nous n'avons malheureusement pas bien dormi. Cette chambre familiale est située sous le toit et avons dû subir une température de plus de 26 degrés dans la chambre. Cela est vraiment inacceptable suite au prix de la nuit à plus de 350 euros. Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de climatisation dans la chambre a tout gâché notre séjour
