They had gluten free bread handy and supplied it when requested. Which was great. Didn’t expect that

L’amabilité et la flexibilité du réceptionniste

Cons:

Les draps, la moquette, les oreillers n’étaient pas sales mais ils étaient poussiéreux. Les équipements, décorations sont d’un autre temps. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur. Le personnel (sauf le monsieur de l’accueil) était très froid.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir würden es wieder buchen.
Pros:

Personal sehr sympathisch. Gute Lage zu der Bergbahn. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gepasst.

Cons:

Da das Hotel nicht voll war, hätten wir uns über ein Zimmer mit Aussicht gefreut.

A charming hotel with exceptional service, in a great location, within walking distance of Montana and Crans
Pros:

Kevin was brilliant. Very polite, attentive and knowledgeable. We upgraded our room and he couldn’t be more helpful. Showed us the best hiking trails and gondola to use and even worked as the bar man. It’s a cosy hotel with classic chalet vibes and a lovely breakfast. We loved our stay here!

The bedroom was a bit dated and could do with an update
