Superbe séjour à Lugano
Pros:

Quand on s’appelle Royal Splendide il faut assurer. Et c’est le cas. L’accueil est royal de la prise en charge de l’auto à la très aimable et professionnelle réceptionniste . La chambre était superbe dans son style d’époque. Le petit déjeuner parfait avec un personnel aux petits soins. La zone piscine spa est très agréable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Cons:

Le wifi plutot mauvais et tres lent. Perso ça m’est égal mais j’imagine les dépressions des adolescents.
Les prix au restaurant un peu salés. Mais les pizzas sont extras !

Hotel in nice location needs some TLC.
Pros:

Good location and nice lobby and dining areas

Cons:

I had mold growing in my shower, which I let the front desk know about. Honestly, they didn’t seem to care. Furnishings are worn and dated and walls scuffed and run down looking. “Garden View” is a tree and embankment with city street. Very overpriced for what it was.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Aanrader!
Pros:

De locatie was perfect, goede uitvalsbasis voor het maken van wandelingen. Dicht bij de gondel, gezellig klein centrum op loopafstand.

Cons:

Het licht in het toilet. Dat werkt op een sensor met als gevolg dat je ‘s nachts meteen wakker bent als je naar het toilet moet. Dit vonden wij niet fijn.
