Karakteristiek hotel met super vriendelijk personeel waar nog de kamers wat verbeterd mogen worden.
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Schitterend uitzicht over het meer. Restaurant Arte is geweldig (zeker ook het vegetarisch menu). Algemeen ruimtes zijn erg mooi inclusief bijzondere kunst.

Cons:

Kamers zijn wat gedateerd (o.a los zittend behang, airconditioning die de kamer moeilijk gekoeld krijgt), past niet bij grandeur die het hotel wil uitstralen. Lastig om in bad te stappen indien je fysiek wat beperkt bent.

Kedves, figyelmes kiszolgálás, jó elhelyezkedés, nyugalom.

Cons:

Sajnos nincsenek felkészülve a nagy melegre és nagyon gyenge a szálloda klimatizálása, a szobát a legalacsonyabb hő fokra állítva sem hűti le a rendszer. A reggeli pár napig jó, de egy hét tartózkodás alatt már unalmassá válik. Több szállodában jellemző és sajnos itt is, hogy a tükörtojást , lágy tojást, palacsintát stb. nem teszik ki, hanem rendelni kell és úgy készítik.
Lassú és nem adja meg az igazi választás lehetőségét, pláne, ha nem beszéled olyan mely szinten a konyha nyelvét,

Uncomfortable room experience when we had high expectations 3 nights Aus$3850

Location, pool, gardens, view from our room and breakfast.

Cons:

Unfortunately for just under $1400 per night we did not get a room with adequate aircon. It was hot here it has been for 5 weeks in Europe. Every other area and hotel we have stayed in had aircon that kept us cool in 40plus temperature. Our fridge also didn’t cool anything in it. So we constantly carried ice to our room. This is unexceptable when charging the rates they do. Europe is hot in summer. Up grade all you aircons in rooms. Guest shouldn’t have to sleep under wet towels to be able to stay cool thru the night.

Just WOW!!
Pros:

I have nothing but amazing memories of your Magnificent property. This was the last stop on my birthday trip and boy did you deliver. Perfect room Lake view. Great AC!!! The property is just absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and so was dinner! Monte bre funicular right out back the door and bus stop out the front of property by lake. You can tell the love and care put into this hotel. Service is impeccable.
