Sehr schöne Lage am See. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon zum See. Das Auto konnten wir in die eigene Tiefgarage stellen. Personal extrem nett

This is a terribly old hotel! And it's not historically old, it's just old. The renovation is terribly outdated, with old furniture that smells bad. Very cheap renovations with no taste or designer. There are always artificial flowers covered in dust; it looks very cheap. Old bedspreads, window pillows. Everything stinks of age. It feels like the closet hasn't been opened for several years. We constantly aired the room, but it didn't help. We are very disappointed. I've been to many hotels in Switzerland, both expensive and cheap, but this is the worst. The price is absolutely not justified by anything. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Sensationelle Lage direkt am Seeterrasse mit Seeblick unvergleichbar. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wir konnten das Auto in eine Tiefgarage stellen
Ein Zimmer mit Seeblick und das ist nur zu empfehlen. Jeden Franken wert.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und sehr schön und perfekt präsentiert
Das Servicepersonal vor allem am Frühstücksbuffet war ausserordentlich zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially welcome as we arrived 3 hours late from a train delay and frazzled. The room was gorgeous and very clean. The pool was open late, which was especially welcome. Altogether a very nice experience.
