Die Betten sind super bequem und das Frühstück wunderbar.
Die Lage einfach perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Dass 1 Flasche Tessiner Wein über die Gasse, 78.- Franken kostet, wirklich zu teuer!!!!!

Breakfast..they didn't fill up the empty warm dishes and started cleaning up an hour before Breakfast time was up...

Serviu ao propósito.
Pros:

Gostamos da localização, perto do lago e bem central.

Cons:

Área de lazer (piscina e sauna) fechadas e sem comunicação prévia. Café da manhã sem ovos. Pedi um suco de laranja natural (com intenção de pagar), também não tinha. Reclamamos mas nada foi feito à respeito. Para um hotel 4 estrelas isso é inaceitável.

The location.
The size of the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

We were a bit disappointed with the luggage storage service. We had confirmed during check-in that we could leave our small suitcase after checking out as we left around 5:35 AM and told the staff we will come back and collect it by 1 PM. However, the morning staff seemed confused about the arrangement, so eventually we decided not to leave our luggage. Better communication between staff (or perhaps it was just the morning staff) would have made the experience much smoother.

I wish we come back again!
Pros:

We stayed in August 2026 for Locarno Film Festival and We would definitely come again.
Very good hotel, convenient location, clean, well positioned rooms with balconies.
Good breakfast, comfortable beds.
Friendly and professional staff, thank you!
Parking underground for small cars and they have a couple of places overground for big cars.
Recommended!
I wish we come back again!
