L’emplacement idéal au bord du lac, la piscine, le personnel agréable et à l’écoute, la vue…
Je me serais volontiers passée de la première nuit à devoir dormir avec notre fils de 18 ans dans notre lit, le canapé-lit mis à sa disposition étant totalement inadapté. Le lendemain, l’hôtel nous a heureusement fourni un lit pliant et a procédé à la réparation du canapé, qui était en réalité cassé.
L’appartement dispose également d’une cuisine, ce qui pourrait être un vrai plus… si elle était équipée ! Malheureusement, aucun équipement n’est mis à disposition, ce qui la rend pratiquement inutilisable. Seul le petit réfrigérateur conserve finalement une réelle utilité.
Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être agréable, mais il faut composer avec les très nombreux oiseaux qui n’hésitent pas à venir directement dans les assiettes dès qu’on les laisse une vingtaine de secondes sans surveillance.
Autre mauvaise surprise : le montant particulièrement élevé des taxes de séjour et frais annexes. Alors que notre séjour était déjà intégralement réglé, j’ai dû payer près de 200 € supplémentaires pour 4 nuits, pour 3 adultes et 1 enfant, avec 3 jours de parking.
Enfin, l’hôtel mériterait clairement une rénovation. L’ensemble est très vieillot, avec notamment de la moquette au sol et une cuisine qui semble désaffectée. C’est dommage, car avec une remise au goût du jour, un véritable équipement de la cuisine et quelques améliorations, l’établissement pourrait être beaucoup plus agréable.
