The view from the pool was nice and the breakfast was MEH.

Cons:

Property is far from everything. Would not book again. Only thing that was good was the view from the pool and breakfast. Staff was not accommodating and I would never stay here again. 0/10 location. Staff switched our room last second to a smaller one when we paid for a bigger room. Did not refund us. Would never book here again. Do not book here.

Haben unseren Kurztrip gerettet, sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Sehr hilfsbereite, mehrsprachige, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Schöne Poolanlagen. Modern & grosse Terrasse. Klimatisiert & Hundefreundlich. Schöne Aussicht auf den See. Viele Schattenplätze & bequeme Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten.

Etwas kleine Getränkeauswahl an Limonaden oder sonstigen Drinks/Cocktails an der Poolbar.

Très bel emplacement avec vue sur le lac depuis le restaurant et la piscine.
Bon petit déjeuner et carte de déjeuner d'un bon rapport qualité/prix.
Carte journalière pour se déplacer en bus apprécié pour les activités dans la région de Lugano.
