Un grand bravo au personnel du restaurant lors du petit-déjeuner ! Une équipe vraiment formidable, souriante, chaleureuse et très attentionnée. Un accueil irréprochable et un service de grande qualité. Un vrai plaisir de commencer la journée dans une ambiance aussi agréable. Félicitations à toute l'équipe pour son professionnalisme !

Point négatif :
Concernant la réception, l'accueil à notre arrivée, assuré par deux personnes, était tout à fait professionnel et correct. Rien à redire sur ce point, même s'il manquait peut-être ce petit supplément de chaleur et de convivialité qui fait toute la différence.
En revanche, lors de notre départ, l'expérience a été nettement moins agréable. Aucun sourire, aucune chaleur ni véritable amabilité. Une attitude froide et peu accueillante, qui contrastait fortement avec l'excellent service du restaurant.
C'est regrettable, car la réception représente la première et la dernière image que l'on garde d'un établissement. Un minimum de courtoisie, de sourire et de convivialité devrait être une évidence dans ce métier. Malheureusement, notre dernière impression a été plutôt décevante.

Goeie locatie vlakbij centrum en meer. Beetje oud interieur maar verder niet storend
Pros:

Mooie locatie met de taxi 4 minuten naar het centrum en lopend 22 minuten langs het mooie meer. Het was erg schon allemaal en het is een mooi hotel.

Cons:

Beetje ouderwets ingericht maar dat maakt verder niks uit. Alsnog mooi hotel verder.
