Great location, comfortable stay
Pros:

Great location, if you like a little stroll you can definitely walk to the city center. Multiple bus stops conveniently located within a few minutes. Kind staff, comfortable beds. Room was perfect for a solo traveller. Can absolutely recommend if you wanna stay just outside the hustle and bustle. Will stay here again!

Das Hotel ist für ein Kurztripp nach Lugano sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Gute Lage mit Tiefgarage und guter Verkehrsanbindung mit kostenlosen öffentlichen Ticket für ganz Tessin.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren relativ hellhörig, insbesondere, wenn jemand die Treppen benutzt hat, die den Schall in die Zimmer übertragen haben

Gutes Hotel, leider unfreundliches Personal - ergo nie wieder!!!

Hotel ist rund 2 km vom Zentrum entfernt, jedoch zu Fuss gut erreichbar
Zimmer ist geräumig und auch sehr ruhig
Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut
Zimmerservice ist top

Cons:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war extrem unfreundlich, was noch nett tönt!
Der 'Oberkellner' ist an Arroganz fast nicht zu überbieten.
Der Hotelchef/-manager ist unfreundlich und bevorzugt offensichtlich nur ausgelesene Gäste
Frühstück: die Tische werden weder abgeräumt noch geputzt

Personnel de l'accueil très bien, literie confortable, géographiquement bien situé

Cons:

L'insonorisation des chambres est à revoir ! Les chambres du premier étage avec vue sur le lac sont à proximité de l'escalier qui donne de suite sur le restaurant. De ce fait, nous entendons très fortement l'activité du restaurant.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable
Pros:

La chambre était très agréable, et parfaitement entretenue.
La salle de bain était également très agréable, avec de l’eau vraiment chaude — ce qui n’est pas le cas dans tous les hôtels.
Le petit‑déjeuner correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes.
L’emplacement est idéal, et j’ai été agréablement surpris en descendant du bus de me retrouver directement au pied de l’hôtel.
