Fabulous Historical Hotel
Pros:

This is a fabulous historical hotel that is very well maintained and has been upgraded without losing its authenticity. First impressions with the front desk, staff are wonderful, they are helpful, professional, and thoughtful. The daily breakfast has a bountiful selection and the freshest . The breakfast service staff are courteous, professional, and our lovely to chat with. Coming to this hotel it’s gonna be events. I look forward to each . The owners are to be congratulated on the wonderful job. They have done with the upgrading, a hotel has lost none of its authenticity. It harkens back to a more gracious era. I could never stay anywhere else in Lugano!

Lugano a beautiful place to visit again
Pros:

Excellent location. Breakfast is ok. Excellent customer service specially the person(a young man on training) who helped us a lot. Many Kudos for him. Definitely I will come back to this hotel

L emplacement de la piscine est super. Les arbres choisis sont magnifiques et amene un peu ordre. Ils cachent du vis a vis.

Cons:

La chambre est petite pour ce prix-la. Je m attendais a avoir une autre vue au vu du prix.

Pros:

excellent location , clean and comfortable facilities , cold room in summer and good breakfast

Cons:

One suggestion for improvement would be to have a concierge or staff member available to assist guests with their luggage, as there are stairs at the entrance. I think this would be a wonderful addition and would make the arrival experience much more convenient.

Old world charm
Pros:

A beautiful Hotel with old world charm. Every detail has been thought of to make for a luxurious and comfortable stay. As a solo traveler, I took advantage of the single rooms which are more reasonably priced and hope to come back again. Next time I in the area. Lugano is a gorgeous town.

Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal pour rejoindre la ville à pieds avec le parking en dessous de l’hôtel. Et la piscine était très agréable car ils faisait chaud lors de notre séjour.

Cons:

La chambre avait un style très ancien et une odeur peu agréable (vieux). Le lit n’est pas adapté pour une personne de plus de 180cm.
