Pros:

Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. We had the Belle Epoque double room and it was just astounding. Full of history and whimsy. Amazing partial view of the lake. I was speechless when I entered the room. It was all topped off by getting proposed to the night I was there!

Sehr gutes 3 Sterne Hotel in perfekter Lage.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, die Suite ist super. Pool mit sehr schönem Garten

Cons:

In der Suite ist es Abends ziemlich laut. Da auf der Terrasse Menschen sich aufhalten und Schachspielen.
Es wäre sinnvoll die Spielgeräte abends wegzuräumen.

Wonderful hotel!
Pros:

The hotel was amazing! The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the water. The room was beautiful and very large. Bed was comfortable and a nice bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and one of the best hotel breakfasts I've seen. The grounds were amazing! Wonderful pool and everything was very clean. Highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely and elegant
Pros:

The hotel is very elegant and perfectly situated for visiting Lugano. The breakfast was quite good. The staff gave us complimentary tickets for the return funicular to the train station.
