Cons:

La stanza era priva di prese nei comodini ho dovuto caricare il telefono in bagno,il fono in bagno non funzionava mi anno detto dopo che bisognava accendere la luce del bagno per farlo funzionare 🤔 , arriguardo volevo chiamare la reception ma non c'era nessun numero ho provato senza riuscirci

Все было идеально , старинный отель с историей, номер с прекрасным видом на озеро , удобные кровати и белье ,также была важна близость остановки автобуса , располржение очень удачное и нам все понравилось .

Paradiso is a stunning place but just at a different hotel.

Cons:

Creepy decoration with odd photos, doors don’t shut in bathrooms.
Men’s club downstairs just all types of wrong, they call it dancing club!!!!!

Nice view over the lake, just across the street from the lakeside. Paid 9 CHF for a large breakfast.

Cons:

An older hotel, becoming dated, hallways poorly lit. Use physical keys, safe needed the batteries replaced for us.

Hotel charmoso, mas que nao passa por manutencao há anos

A estadia neste hotel nos deixou pensativos: por que os proprietários parecem nao investir um centavo em manutencao? A localizacao é a melhor possível, o prédio, apesar de maltratado, ainda tem charme e beleza, mas tudo parece abandonado há anos. A limpeza é ok, mas tudo precisa de manutencao. Além disso, espalhados pelo hotel há inúmeras fotos familiares e desenhos infantis, o que torna tudo esquisito. Acreditamos que a certeza de que alguém vai reservar pela localizacao deixou os proprietários muito relapsos. O café da manhä por 10 euros, em um lugar caro como Lugano, é bom. Os funcionários, com quem tivemos contato, foram todos simpáticos.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt „perfetto“
Pros:

Lage und das Zimmer mit Seesicht. Ich hatte die Nr. 51, es war sauber und das Bett Kingsize für mich alleine einfach prima.

Cons:

Das Frühstück, man bekommt ein Tablett mit einem Weggli, Gipfeli, Stück Cake, Apfel, Ei, Butter und Konfitüre sowie ein Schälchen mit etwas Käse und Wurst. Es war etwas lieblos aber für Fr. 10.00 ok.
