Un peu vieillissant et climatisation en panne

Dommage que la climatisation s’est mise à fuir dès sa mise en route, avec écoulement important (un seau par nuit) un système D pour palier au problème le lendemain mais pas de changement de chambre, pas de geste commercial non plus

Un endroit plein de charme
Pros:

L’emplacement et le style de l’hôtel. La chambre avec une magnifique vue sur le lac avec un petit balcon. Les chambres sont grandes.

Cons:

La climatisation fait un bruit tel qu’on ne peut pas l’utiliser la nuit. Un vrai problème en ce moment !

This hotel is THE way to enjoy Lugano and it's lake!
Pros:

We took our chance with this hotel, and it was all veeery worth it. Amazing location first of all, just near Paradiso port for lake cruises, a beautiful promenade and a funicular to San Salvatore mountain. The hotel gave us a free ticket for the funicular, which was amazing, because we were planning to go there anyway! A restaurant on top of the mountain is highly recommended too, the views are otherworldly. As to the hotel itself, it's a vintage style one, which is very charming. The AC was working well, the bed was comfy, the breakfast was very simple but all nice quality and fresh. They also give a nice discount for the restaurant downstairs (same owner it seems, or a close collaboration) which serves delicious pizza. I was worried that it would smell of cigarettes in the hotel, having read some reviews, but it didn't - it all smelled with cleanliness. We requested a non-smoking room and it was all good! Some reviews complained about noise outside, but frankly we didn't experience anything that would bother us, and we were there on a weekend, from Sat tu Sun! They gave us plenty of shower gel in small travel size containers. Our room had a beautiful balcony with a marvellous view to the lake. The receptionist nicely agreed to store our luggage for the rest of the day after the check out. They found my girlfriend's dress that she forgot in the room, they found it and put it on our luggage, which is very thoughtful and caring, we appreciate that a lot. Many thanks for our great time there, we will definitely come back for all this goodness.

Cons:

The showerhead could use some de-scaling. It would be nice if there were some hangers to hang the towels to dry, we couldn't find any in the bathroom. No glasses in the room for water/drinks. A fridge would be nice to store cold drinks, and maybe a coffee machine. But honestly these are nice-to-haves or just only tiny gripes, given all that I wrote above.

Trotzdem danke schön für eure Mühe. Das Personal ist brillant und jeder Zeit hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

У отеля очень удачное место расположения. Всё очень близко, рядом с набережной. В пешей доступности железнодорожный вокзал Paradiso, фуникулер на гору Monte San Salvatore. Вид из окна на озеро восхитителен. Это нужно прочувствовать самому, фотографиями не передать. У меня остались только позитивные впечатления, от всего - любезного персонала, завтрака на терасе с видом на озеро, было чисто и уютно.
